Choice of the Vampire 2's alternate title is The Fall of Memphis and it's included in the version of Choice of the Vampire on the site. If you look at intro page for the Choice of the Vampire demo on CoG's site, you'll see it's listed as having four volumes. The third one is The Fall of Memphis. If I remember correctly, the first two volumes are the first book's stories and the last two volumes are the second book's.
