Nah it never gives it to me either. Same for the research. I can’t think of a single scrap of information I didn’t get and still didn’t get the achievement for it.

Have you encountered a problem with Chet? I just destroyed both Chet and his partner then I go back to Thorn saying I failed the mission because Chet escaped even I destroyed them but when I just destroyed Chet only. The mission was successful.
