Ulyssa from Whiskey-Four is advertised as such and while she is Pretty crazy if we compare her to normal love interests. She does end up being correct about everything, including Uvarov and the Guni, so she isn't crazy about her stance on things. She's really only crazy about the MC and wants to get back with them even after their relationship ended with her getting shot by Whiskey.
