Only way I know so far is to run an Android emulator on IOS, or using a cloud Android service like LDcloud...

my mods works in ios, just download the .apk file and extract the content using some software(just google rar/zip extractor for ios) then go to assets folder and inside there you will find index.html now open this file in any browser(if you are having trouble here then search on youtube "how to open html in ios browser)
