Heya guys, I don't know if it just me. But when you save your games, there's a prompt says that my "save exceeded the quota". This never ever happen before, and I also saves like a ton in old DanFabulich games, and it never show this message. If any of you guys know / having this problem, can you explain what happens, and how to fix it?

From my experience the saves add up across all the games and there's a max amount of data that can be stored, you might need to delete a few old saves on games you dont play anymore.
EDIT: Save to disk before deleting the old saves if you wanna keep them.
I played on mobile, Android. And also if I just deleted the base game, does it still count as deleting save files? Or do i need to manually deleted all of the save files one by one to make it work?
Edit: It doesn't work for me, I just deleted all of my cog save files that i rarely played one by one, and after that I deleted all the data of the games. I already deleted most of my cog / hg games, and now down to only 10 games from 17.

Looks like it might just be certain games. Tried to play ZE:SH mod and it popped up with a similar error and deleting saves did nothing to help. (I'm on PC with a TB of spare memory available.)
Yeah, I think it because the newer updates or something. Because in the past, these problems never happen to me. Even though I saves a ton on ZE:SH, like more than 60 saves on a single playthrough, and it works fine. Now, I can't even save more than 8 before I have to delete some saves to compensate. And it gets fewer each time. First time, I can save upto 15-25 saves, and after each chapter, it gets shorter and shorter. Now i only can saves upto 8 times before the message comes out
I agree, that the problem steams from newer modded cog games. I went back to check on the older modded cog games I have installed and all my past save files remain. I noticed for me, that newer modded cog games save files tends to just get deleted by the time I return to continue a playthrough. Also I know in the past that you could access your game folder on android but for some odd reason that feature got taken sigh and my current phone is not rooted.
