This is an old game. I heard that it was completed a while ago but some reasons COGs doesn't release. So i think it's "legal" to mod it, right ?

It wasn't completed. The author lost all their files on it when their computer had broke and then made The Sword of Rhivenia. I might be off on the specifics, but a I can say you won't find a completed Unwanted warrior unfurtunately.
