Hmm, actually, I think noble masks are basically the best thing you could make similar to a mech suit anyway right?

They kill anyone that's not the user, and you get to be strong without the slightest effort on your part. I don't know if they stack with what you already have though...

They don't that said we only know about the common noble mask maybe the higher ups have different ones but the ones rn don't stack that said it is also to hide power so a dude could be 12k+ ap or 0 ap you will not know till they remove the mask.
 
I dunno if this is a bug or not but for some reason, if you fail the check for defending against Manzo's first attack (before he sends you down the trapdoor), the scene where you get to cash in on the scrolls if you pick that option doesn't happen after the end of the battle.
 
The flashforward at the start of the book, who do you think the enemy is that we are fighting? The safe bet is Taio or the bumka lords. Also, what do you think happened to Mao and Jack? Personally, I think Jack will gladly watch Thunderfall burn, but Mao has to be there unless you stupidly signed up for the trials under your clan name. So has he been beaten, or are we fighting a side villain while he takes on the big bad? The reason I think it's Taio or the bums is that I doubt the war arc starts this book, and if it does, I can't see them wasting time attacking Thunderfall.

Mao is most likely not there at all and still in nanhou taking care of all the dealings after such a big event while mc and other return to the village and prepare for his travels and journey in Archonate.
That said it would be cool if mao,mc and jack use triple thunderfall at once and wipes whoever was in the village.

Doesn't Mao have to be there either way? It's his home lmao, and it won't be a good look for him if the last place that was under his protection is burned to the ground.

I've been thinking it's just another Taio clone attacking since the start, since the place is engulfed in flames and I think the clones have fire element?

This is probably the most likely outcome given the MC's luck, but it would mean we get to fight alongside the twins and Kosuke. I am here for that.

Now idk if Anon changed it since I have played the disloyal route since the first chapter 7 update, but when you register under your clan, he makes it sound like he doesn't care about the village anymore. Keep in mind that the only reason he doesn't carry a grudge when you do register under the sect is because of the demonic gate; to him, everything worked out in the end there. But you're right about him needing to save face at least. Also, if it's another Taio clone, that means the Taio plotline carries over into book 2 and gets mixed in with the war arc. That could be interesting too.

Akakiru and Kuro doesn't have them and the abilities we described aren't techs so can't really copy it.
Aoyu we already know has a healing ability tho it is the weakest most aoyu users have water.Aoyu and water are made for each other and yeah it does make you a better healer still not at the level of kii user tho.

The ranking of healing is
Kii/yang weaving>Watar>Aoyu
This ranking has nothing to do with regeneration.

Interesting.So Brass Tiger having Water wasn't a coincidence and is somewhat intentional but then again I shouldn't be surprised since Water and Aoyusumu have equal amounts of yin and yang respectively.
 
That's weird, has anybody encountered a bug where your Rabbit Trial score would lower by 1 when you distract the Akuma lords during said trial? I only really encountered it during a Kiihakai run. I was supposed to get 8 points, but it went down to 7, and when I tried again with getting 7 so it could be 8 by the end of the trial, it instead went down to 6.

Again, to specify, I only encountered this in my current Kiihakai Run, this bug never showed in any of my other runs as far as I remember.

Seems like people who have natural affinity for aoyu have it for water aswell as unlike the mc the in universe people cannot choose their elements sure they can have their parents prep then around having more affinity towards a certain style or elements but yeah most of the time you don't get to do that.

It is a known bug if you open menu at a certain page during that event your score gets lowered for now don't open the menu during that time.

To be fair, MC doesn't really choose their element in universe either. They just get really lucky getting the element they wanted to get.
