I left any thought of possible future pushback when I saw this scene:

Don't know if im reading into this much or just because im used to the special events about the monkey yokai, but is the asura transformation linked to that monkey wild god we see at the shrines (the thief) since it said it had 4 arms if i remember correctly, haven't checked in the recent game run but i think i remember being mentioned to be the child of Sun Wokong and that wild god Gharruza or somethingsomething when we pray to their shrine.

The MC has it all. He's smart, handsome, powerful, all traits that women love. In a world where you can live for thousands of years and destroy mountains with a sneeze and where your children can inherit some of that power, why wouldn't women attach themselves to such individuals? It makes absolutely perfect sense.
Good news for you then because book 2 will have that stuff right now it is all casual for most Dessie doesn't officially date you and it is more like an affair even if mc tells people he slept with her it is just that sleeping, Kosuke and Mina(mind you this will have additional checks later lol she is also testing the waters)are the only ones that actually are in any sort of harem for now.
That said for marriage and actual serious progression with the women there will be quests and multiple checks in book 2 otherwise they will leave you and move on if you fail those quests also to marry all of them you need special permission which will be it's own thing as a quest so there is a lot of stuff planned but it is all for book 2 Right now it is pretty much testing the waters.
Like Anon gave an example if you don't marry let's say Leona she will call mc a fling or friends with benefits only and consider him as one.
Also as I said you need special permission to marry more than one so if you marry one and then many others might leave you or also do what I said Leona does.
Also some fails might even get mc get his *** beat by all the Ro as they jump him.
Some events or things you have done might come back to bite yours *** I won't spoil what but it might simply make it impossible for them to agree to a marriage with mc and just sleep with you and by book 4 time even move on and Marry others who would be a good political match or what not.
But yeah you can marry all of them it will be hard with checks,quests and getting the permission it will be the golden ending officially marrying all of them.

That logic only holds if the women in question are completely helpless without you and need to rely on you. Saying it "makes perfect sense" is a bit reductive.
Why do you assume it's expected for them to throw all agency away and firmly attach themselves to your glutes? We're hardly special, as soon as we make it to a better land, we'll meet a thousand people who checks all the categories you mentioned lol.

Familiarity probably, and the fact that the MC is actively helping them without expecting something in return, that's how I see it.
I wouldn't say thousand people as you would be Archon and a great one lol but I get your point and that is true the difference will be mc always being there for them(the Ros) no matter what that is a big part those quests will be about that and then passing other checks and also being honorable and compassionate who would have thought the more heroic you are the more likely you are to pass those things because almost all people who would be our competitors aren't hero like not even close most are neutral to somewhat good to pretty evil like Goro.Also some actions like I said will even block you from getting that golden ending lol.
