There's supposedly a +9 AP boost for Jade Weapons with Chi Storing? How do I get that? I made a Superior Jade Bo Staff, and used the Reinforcement Seal, but no such special event happened
Also, what determines how many Martial Retainers Leona takes? I thought it was always five, but in my recent run, she only took 3
You need to buy the Soulsoak Imbuement seal in the chapter-3. Then use it in a weapon without a Primary Seal and select Chi-Storing(Remembering that Chi-Storing is exclusive to Soulsoak Imbuement).
By default it replenish your Chi Pool by 2 if you're below your maximum capacity. +1 If the weapon is made of Jade. +1 If your style is Kiihakai.
And if you use it with your Chi Pool completely fulfilled... It's converted to AP. +2 AP by default. +1 If the weapon is made of Jade. +1 If Kiihakai Style.
So +4 AP. The point is that you can have 8 weapons made of Jade with Chi-Storing seal, so you can gain easily a extra 56-64 AP every chapter after chapter 6 p.2 that's when you can craft the weapons.

I get the impression Leona will be just fine unless you've been sabotaging her every step though.
The Akakiru guys have been crying that there is no Akakiru user in the Top 5, so I want to see how high we can get Leona. Brass Tiger, Jack, and Goro are cemented into the Top 5 (the order is variable), add to that MC, and the only one that I think is movable is Lost Jester, so maybe we can get her to Top Five in the best-of-scenarios (I highly doubt it, 99% she won't be able, but a man can dream).
If she wasn't an akakiru I could see it but sadly she's not getting anywhere with such a bum *** style.
Got to say I do find it funny Brass Tiger is completely outclassed in his own style. Zeus didn't even consider him
Excellent argument. But does your favorite style have a Leona? Does it have Eldra? Notice how the strongest love interests are all Akakiru users...the monk doesn't count, he is on some other ****. The other styles are producing nothing but bums...except Des, she is certified.
