No he is not even half as strong as the average archon.There is a good chance the real one was called a dead man so even the real one was never past 10k ap with that said 10k is a big feat in verse since the average saint is 8k ap and the weaker ones are starting as low as 6k ap.

The gods or more like immortals are Ascended(dragons and humanoids)and they have their own society that's what the heavens is all Ascended beings are in heavens form throughout the universe from the countless planets they are not supposed to interfere with mortal affairs too deeply otherwise it would take away free will.
Instead their job is to make sure a planet doesn't die and taking care of the planet and saving it form cosmic threats the stronger the Ascended the more planets or systems they take care of like one takes care of one planet then they have a head who takes care of the entire solar system or more then one is taking care of the galaxy and then one Is taking care of all close by galaxies.
Basically because of them the universe is full of life since they make sure the planets don't die to a bit collision or their star doesn't cook them or others big threats like merging of a galaxy going smoothly also punishing beings who should ascend and are at their cap but are creating ruckus in the planet those people might get smited by the heavens demonic or not.Since people who have hit the cap affect the world negatively but even then they can get away with it but if they start causing big issues then they might get smited since the guy causing issue is ready for ascending so the Ascended can interfere to punish him still it is rare you really have to be Retard*d to get their ire since they would rather not smite you.
Power wise they start way above planetary tier they cannot come to the planet on their own otherwise the planet would literally just get destroyed even without them doing anything.An Ascended grows stronger passively and doesn't need chi from the outside anymore their core make their own chi and it only makes more with time training still helps the power an Ascended would have gained in 600k years can be achieved in 50k years via training but a lot of them stop training or train irregularly like training for 20k years then 20 k years of rest and so on.
Apart from that they have their own lives like training, fighting, tournaments,rivalries, betting houses so a full society of Godly beings we don't know for sure if Bossrozal is actually an Ascended or not if he is he knows not to get caught by his peers or his seniors regarding his meddling.
