I think you get a special interaction if you smashed during your shugendo training in chapter three otherwise if you run into her again at the temple in nanhou your interaction with her doesn't go beyond asking for your help to renovate the hot springs. The game tracks whether you couldn't control yourself around her and so her dialogue shifts accordingly I think.So not sure whether she's an RO directly unless you ofc smashed at the temple to trigger that special interaction with her but she is definitely a fling and funny enough is fine with playing second fiddle to thunderfallers other prospects if you go the route of pursuing every female character possible at certain points,even though I've never done it myself. I'm too loyal to dessy,Leona's a nutjob and Fang is well Fang

I am also loyal to dessy but never had the opportunity to meet her in the city even when it snows I could but could never access the option, is there any reason why?
If you're referring to Lady Desdemona, her current content in the city hasn't been written, but if you're referring to the previous city (the one where we fought the fish), you won't find her if she's your master (strangely, in that city you never find your masters).
It's been a while since I played, so if this has changed, I apologize.
Yeah, lady Desdemona, I always assumed that them being your masters is like a sure path to romancing them.
