Because she is from back when Cathay was there and Rasen is the successor of old Cathay her loyalty to Rasen remains that's why when she is born in another lands/country she tries to fix stuff there depending on where she is like when being born in the wall(weakest area with savages) she helps them improve their life for 200+ years before departing to Rasen so yeah she is Rasen's shield and wants Rasen to be a place of Good entirely like when being she is born in cursed lands she tries her best to make the cursed lands be less of a trash place.
And as for breaking rules for mc for hero mc sure as a hero mc would only break rules when he isn't doing something bad and it is why her romance will be locked behind personality so if you fail that you are a different JDF.
If you are her husband you are heroic JDF.
If you aren't you are a neutral JDF who did good and bad.
If you are FMC and you have high compassion and honor the fem mc can choose to become sister of Eldra from their og life
Otherwise you are Kleptomaniac JDF as FMC.
So Breaking laws to save slaves and other stuff like that which basically makes the world better she would commend you for that but she can't openly reward you for it atleast not right now but she approves and would be help in future but if you buy slaves and free them she gives you +1 imperial score because she can Openly reward you for it regardless of what mc you are.
The difference right now is disciple mc always gets saved by Eldra when Dp comes but if you are husband you also get saved even if you aren't her disciple and another archon is your master because she will always keep her eyes on that JDF mc.In a hypothetical scenario where her husband mc would become shitty she would break your bones and make you do good.Also Eldra can find JDF husband mc when she sees him as his soul shape is apparent to her and every moment with him from all the lives they have lived together is remembered in full detail rather just remembering it like something that happened long ago like rest of the stuff feels like for her like irl as we grow old some of the memories become faded and you don't remember each detail it's the same for her remembering Major and important stuff but anything with JDF husband mc she remembers all details most likely part of the deal she made with heavens or it could be her extreme love for him.Another thing with Eldra is when JDF husband mc Exists she wouldn't ascend till the mc and her are sure they are ascending this time and for Eldra when he doesn't exist she would ascend this time but in a hypothetical where JDF husband dies she would wait till she finds him again.
Also just answering for general stuff a demonic JDF sabotages themselves so bad that they will most likely lose reincarnation as their soul gets corrupted and after death it will be consumed by the Hells lol so pretty much our mc will be the first one to do that unless someone cleanses our soul like Angelo and possibly Eldra though you would likely die in Eldra's process but atleast you will be able to reincarnate again so a hypothetical JDF husband mc if he was allowed to romance Eldra would get cleansed by her so your soul can reincarnate you would die tho so again maybe anon will allow that death scene.
Also in a scenario where Archon weren't brought to help you the JDF mc who is her husband would get her help and get healed though there is a good chance JDF mc would heal on their own too in a year or two but we simply didn't have time to see it examples were your body healing on it's own completely as jdf.So yeah hints were there that a JDF would get fixed on their own eventually.
She has also been Exalt once and died most likely due to trying to make changes in cursed lands.As they would conspire against her as she would try make their lands a better place.
I think I said it before most of her reincarnations before meeting mc die early before the age of 40 trying to save people.After she meets her husband mc she does become less self sacrificing because she doesn't want to die right now and be with mc.
She also has died in Exalt competition many times they happen when she isn't at her peak but she participates anyways like imagine a 13k ap person in a competition of 15k-19k ap folks obviously she gets murked even if she Beats a few of them tho this is only for lands like wild or cursed and maybe blades deffo not for Sacred as there is no need to make changes there so in sacred she won't even try to be exalt anon talked about scenarios like that.
So yeah most of the Times she dies via self sacrifice or in Exalts Comp.
So this time she has been quiet lucky that she didn't die in those scenarios and she is likely stronger than her exalt reincarnation already and still has good room to grow and because this time she isn't an exalt so she isn't deeply in politics so a conspiracy against her has no chance.
