Eldra seems the best since she offers +1 in all cores, a third element/healing ability/+5 chi points and potentially time rewind when we are made into archon
also she's just lovely overall, just the kind of character that makes you instantly fall in love upon meeting
she had an ability of "dragon slayer", which counter us jade dragon foundation if you have it and you tried to f*ck Mina in the hotspring in ch7
consider how anon himself has a tendency to make untrivial things TRIVIAL, I suspect it's gonna be a whole story behind it
(as for untrivial things, remember when you fail the Deception check back after you defeat Taio the Bandit and Mao dismissed "If anyone asks, you're not from Thunderfall"? yeah we can use that against Mao when we're in Nanhou)
