Raiders just end up working for pirate captain and you get them working for you there. (They're a bit better than your regular retainers, and you get to rob endless beating group through choosing them to fight)If I'm not mistaken, bringing the criminals to justice gives us the opportunity to obtain another servant, but does anyone know what the benefits of the other two options would be? (keeping them as manual laborers and infiltrating them into the enemy clan)
Thanks for the answer, but I have another question. To hire them, do I have to ally with the pirates, or can I obtain them even by allying with the merchant?Raiders just end up working for pirate captain and you get them working for you there. Laborers I've got no clue. I don't know why we'd even hear about them before we returned to thunderfall.
I don't trust these guys at all so I just sell them all though (including both underlings)
I distinctly remember them throwing Qing overboard so I think you can side with the merchant? Thanks for the answer, but I have another question. To hire them, do I have to ally with the pirates, or can I obtain them even by allying with the merchant?
(I don't trust them either, but at this point in the story they're probably weaker than Jin and Rin, so I'm not too worried.)
Completely valid pointI can tell what mode you use by your profile picture bro
I think that you need to side with the merchant, but don't quote me on this. I always sided with Qing, and while I recall him offering you a soul treasure, glowing swords and a hat, I can't recall if he adds retailers to the mix or notThanks for the answer, but I have another question. For me, it was always different. Three times, and once it was one, once it was 2, and I even think that the third time it was even 5, but **** me if I rememberSomething else I thought was funny about that is later when you get to recruit them to help the village the game gives you the exact number of bandits recruited, and if you blew them up it's something like 1 surviving bandit.
Like there's this one dude doing farm work and hard labor for the entire village

I dunno but I always find it so cute when the sectmasters are genuinely trying to help these weaklings. Like when Mao is giving a peptalk to this very girl before the dragon trials hahahaSomething I am wondering is why are these lower disciples so weak. You would expect most people in the trial to have ~1000 AP at the very least.

Like why are you trying to offend someone with nearly 2500 AP? Even back when we first arrive we can be at 1500+ AP and these guys still try to pick a fight with us.

I like how Mao said to the Mountain Hazard Sectmaster to keep me when I went with them to push the boats with wind, while giving that pep talk to the girlI dunno but I always find it so cute when the sectmasters are genuinely trying to help these weaklings. These guys are so terrible my siblings could beat them even without a style
Or is that only for the Immortal core? Also, why is Mao against yelling out the names of a technique that you want to use? Like, the guy literally yells Thunderfall against Bangle, so wtf is that double standard?
@SerpentJack and Mao do it because they have to. Taio does it because he feels like it.
More specifically, you don't have to yell "Transformation technique!" or "Immortal core advancement!" when you do either of those things. But you do need to yell "THUNDERFALL!" because it's a combat tech
But what if I wanna be a sneaky boi and not let them know what my technique is
Why not just go for misdirection instead? But what if I wanna be a sneaky boi and not let them know what my technique is![]()
-1 points from bladed lands. Why not just go for misdirection instead?
"DRAGON FIST!". You shout as you make your fists glow while actually going for a kicking technique.
