Well I was thinking more along the lines of Six eyes from JJK.If you are born with it you are basically guaranteed to be one of the strongest unless you die early. Something like Jade Dragon Foundation but not limited to just certain reincarnating individual, just something someone random can be born with.
6 eyes would just be a efficiency boost tho it wouldn't mean anything if you lack talent.
Wind is good it doubles down on your slashing/cutting ability I guess that said it can also be said you don't need it as Akakiru should be all the slashing ability you need.

They are only broken because he already has a big pool it's not as big as sukuna or yuta but it is still massive that is why it really works what is a dude with barely any CE will do?
