Runic Seals really seems a transformation by itself considering you activate it and boom, +1 for each combat core. The Zhao's powered version would be +2.
For a Mystic then things are insane because they can posses all Lords Seals. So you could be fighting someone with 3,000 AP with a battle prowess on the range of 4,000-4,500
