By the way. For you all, what's the greatest strength and advantage of normal Thunderfaller? Given that even with our inferior talent we are outgrowing our peers(Just using Goro as a example, who is a 9/10. He started the trials with 3,300 AP, meanwhile we started with 2,000 AP and stand at 3,000 currently).
For me it's not even our "Luck". The greatest feat of lucky coming from us is to be born without ML.
You could argue that finding the Wind Spirit was a great feat of luck but think, every person in the Top-5, and, probably, the majority within the Top-100, also removed their ML somehow. This is luck too.
Birth conditions(Sect Master son, Heir of a Great Mercantile House...etc Vs Ex-laborer) would configure as lucky too. And others examples that enter in my point.
Thunderfaller main strength is his capacity to transform any and all situations, whether primarily good(Archon Training), primarily bad(Being captured by someone much more powerful in a vulnerable situation) or primarily neutral(Finding the Wind Spirit. Fighting the Lightbringer...etc) into the most favourable possible outcome for him.
This isn't lucky at all, It is actually quite close to the Machiavellian concepts of Virtù and Fortuna(Adaptability and Mastery of Circumstance).
Let's say Thunderfaller insight is canonically 20...

Once again numbers we know for mc are pumped because of fuel foundation there are 2-3 more guys with fuel foundation in top 50 with over 2000 ap and all of it it recently gained ap
Also in general goro and others are also growing fast as hell now it's because of the trials they are trying their best and also adventuring in general remember mc didn't grow this much in a year of training then he did after it because a lot of people are going crazy because of trials it isn't sustainable for anyone at all that's why after this it will slow down anyways as our ap numbers will reach a point where the gain is way slower.
Their versatility they can adapt to almost any situation to get a favourable outcome
OH yeah. Our mc being crazy about training is a huge bonus. Imagine if you could work for 18+ hours a day everyday. I only got 3 hours of work done today myself I'm a lazy piece of ****
