Aura Clash: leaks, sneak peaks, memes and discussion thread.

Could be, I'll have to test it further. Although it would be in a Merchant Aoyu run because that's what I'm running.
This is really weird and it's starting to feel random because earlier today I reset all my skills to zero and slowly started pumping persuasion up and couldn't get past 8 shards even when I had around 20 but right now I reloaded to test if other skills might affect it and 5 is letting me sell for 9

Mechanically(Focusing in AP) there are some good elements to combine with Midorikatai.

•Fire due to the Burning Rage technique you can buy in Nanhou. It's one of the four techniques that increases the AP gained per wound(Midorikatai has its own technique, so if you want a Build focused on that is: Monkey Yokai with Midorikatai style and Fire element).
•Earth due to its bonuses on the AP gained through Weighted clothes. Combining with Midorikatai. Though it's a pretty low bonuses(Only +1 regardless of your Mastery, differently from the Midorikatai style that's +1 for each level of mastery).
•Darkness/Storm: Both have a technique that increases the AP gained through absorption. Also storm will be important for Mao's version Thunderfall meanwhile Darkness is a good supply for non-Kuro style to what regards events/Increases curse casting ability/is one of the most, if not the most efficient element.

Overall I classify:
1) Fire.
2) Darkness(No, I'm not sucking darkness for being a Kurokonton user. The element is really good. Top-tier reactivity. Helps in many checks. Enhance Curse-casting. Serves as a decent "supply" of Kurokonton and has its own AP absorption technique).
3) Storm.
4) Earth.
Okay, you sold me.

I'm using darkness on my next mido run

Hearing that Thunderfall needs the lightning element (why didn't I make that connection lol) I'm now inclined to try it out as a Mido.

It's probably going to be annoying to retool my early game to make it work tho. I spent so many retries to perfect my choices

Yeah, that's what I've encountered, even when I naturally increased base persuasion to 8 and added +1 with Handseal, I'm still stuck with 8.

Does the Handseal do something about it perhaps? Maybe just base persuasion? I dunno.

We need to test this sh*t like the SpiffingBrit before testing where the limit goes like Josh.

Checked the code. Its not random, just probably unintentional inconsistent code. The shop in chapter 3, you can buy alchemy reagents for 8 shards and the max sell price is also 8 shards. The shop in nanhou however, you can buy it for 8 shards but the max sell price is 9.

Sounds like something you need FMC for. I'm just guessing though, but based on the name you probably get it from those girls that try to steal your ship with music in chapter 5?

When you get the option to scale the coast or go deeper into sea
Correct. The difference isn't that large. Both techniques reduce prices by 10% and increase deception by 1. You don't get to charm anyone.

It's just that if you're not Aoyusumu, you need to focus on the technique for the deception increase. Maybe Thunderfall is similar.
