How my aka mc will be moving against Jack now that he's trained under wife Eldra for a little

PREACH MY BROTHER PREACH. No aka hater will ever make me hate the most versatile and OP style ever. Want to have improved defense? You got it, just use reaper as barrier technique like eldra does. Want supreme offense? You got it, just use reaper reijin kengen. Want to aura farm by flying but don't want to get the wind element? You got it, just conjure reaper and go flying in your sword like mc did against Jack. Want the supreme weapon? You got it, just make a blade that have the power of your AP in it

He has 0 insight and 3 deception, so maybe he gaslights himself into being better? Or...this is Kosuke being meta and giving us a fake stat page!

That would be funny at least. Imagine he's actually 10 deception and actually decieves the player.

But tbh everything else makes sense mostly. I would argue that he should have Lore 1 at least cause his whole childhood was recearching cultivation methods with the MC and whatnot, but Thievery and Stealth really confuse me. Unless I'm mixing up what is supposed to be the comparative level of the ratings.

Lore 1 is stated to be common sense somewhere in the game as I remember (joke probably but whatever), but as I understand it 2 is like the average level of training someone can have in a skill. So Thievery and Stealth 2 should be the minimum he should have if he's considered a solid thief. Not claiming he should have 5 but 3-4 seems to be where he's at, unless he's not as good at those things as he seems and is just such a kleptomaniac that it makes him look like a pro.

But even then I'd wager that spending his entire life doing these things would give him at least 2-3 in both.

Probably gonna get changed later but whatever.

Actually this reminds me of something that bugged me about Kosuke recently.

Why are his skills so low?

Like I get that this is from an earlier chapter and that Kosuke is not a training fanatic like the MC or Jack but why is his Thievery and Stealth 3-4?

I would have thought that someone whose whole schtick is being a rogue, liar, and thief, would have higher skills in those areas.

He doesn't need these stats think of him being baseline better at this stuff anyways also Kosuke doesn't have any real training till now so that would get better too.

If I didn't know ascension gets you all styles, I'd honestly be mocking all Akakiru practitioners by saying their style is redundant. Like wow, you're a swords dude? You cut things? Check this out, this is my [Godslayer/Muramasa/Trimmer] and it also let's me cut things! Don't even need a whole style for it...

You know, it's a bit of a wonder that we haven't really seen much of any strong or powerful Akakiru users that take part in the trial in the same generation as the MC and the rest of the top competitors other than Leona.

No one in the current top 5 is specialized and completely, solely focused on Akakiru unless the MC chooses to be one.

Maybe it's mc who is supposed to be powerful aka user
It feels more canon to play as aka jdf
You can get bladed land support,eldra training and you are only one specializing in that for top rankers.
Obviously we get some of that with others as well but story feels natural as aka on those choices.
