I don't even know if base MH Ruo has maxed stats. LDQ does. (I mean I don't know if base Ruo is limited to max MH stats while LDQ is, I worded that weird lol) I think LDQ is weaker obviously, since she gets scared in her POV scene and decides to hunt Wu heir instead. (Ruo's transformation is a secret at this point, right?)
By Niki, Ruo must be always treated as someone with maxed stats in the stage, though I imagine Ruo's "max" as a MH must be different from everyone else max given the Draconic Physique thing and nepotism. And it's already established that Ruo hasn't a hard cap as everyone else. Just don't know if this is by the sea of Artefacts/pills/elixirs...etc or if Ruo indeed doesn't has a limit naturally.

Pretty much unless you're Xiwen or a highstanding figure of the Rogues I imagine. The point is that Ruo's seems to always be considered with the sea of Artefacts, although already has the power of a LH without it(By Xiwen), so if LDQ indeed dipped the fade against Ruo we could use it as a argument.
They talk after defeating some loser called Tigress or something. Then they discuss if they can take down Ruo, LDQ doesn't think so but believes Wu heir is fair game.
