@Diamondhead is there a reason why freeing Jahi doesn't give you any corruption (while things like helping a demonic granny in ch1 does)? Also, in the case she's a future RO, will it be locked to Oni race? From what I've read in the code she only kisses you if you are an Oni.
I finished my first playthrough with chapter 9. After the battle against Sakura, Leona gives us papers about an island. We're going to have an island? will it be the MC's clan's territory?
I think it's been said that next chapter will focus a lot on clan management, so yeah the island is mc and clan territory and we'll get to decide what to do with it in the future (I imagine that keeping both the docks and barracks intact will also give us something)
While I chose Eldra as my mentor since I'm playing as JDF, I have to admit that Zhao has immaculate aura... mf shows himself as greater than the world
Yeah that's a big point about her the mc talks about it too how he gets no corruption when she gives him 100 ap that's why he is like what did he free lol.As for her Ro status I will say it is 50-50 for now and no it won't be oni exclusive if it does happen and yeah she does kiss you as oni and you can have a bit more of dialogue because of it in the soul domain during chapter 8.

Back to read up on the usual Agenda Clash (since there's no Fang or Angelo Quest yet), and I must say I am happy to have found this community. The slander, agenda, and son posting is so immaculate it makes me cry while laughing.
Ofcourse it can't think around where your own level is or slightly above it all goro,jack and tiger will survive it at best someone who is slightly above their level but neglects soul will be the the one who gets murked by it so in a way it's better against powerful beasts.

How strong is the guardian samurai from the bladed lands?
Could be anywhere from 4-8k usual range for normal samurais though mostly likely is 5-6k but since samurais are from inner Kingdom and they get experience he would be beating anyone in trials and his mastery ofcourse would be way better aswell so even if he is a relatively younger samurai he would handle everyone in trials since age matters and with it experience and techs it also extends to anyone in nanhou who is older and above 5k they all will handle any of the trial goers.

It's helpful during the unpowered part because you can get a unicorn from a monster or whatever. If you need it. There's a bunch of other creatures you can capture to win that trial so it's kinda superfluous then.

Bruh you're still a trial contestant, ofc they won't give you the death curse that can kill a person with 10K+ AP. In fact I think every gifts are actually considered low level in the inner kingdom so the top 5 won't rely on it everytime like potential man summoning mahoraga at the slightest inconvenience. Like, can you imagine Brass tiger praying 24/7 with sacred lands gift and Goro spamming death curse gifts at everyone he met (nvm, he would do that actually since he's a ****ing bum and a fraud)
I did think the rewards were going to be 7k+ AP worth, but I was mainly going off the fact bladed lands samurai is said to be stronger than what contestants will be in quite some time.
And then he's apparently just a bum I'll outlevel in no time. Not even close to Mao level.
Oh well. I'll just grab the onmyouji robes.
