What's the purpose of meditating on Shugendo Element in Nanhou's Temple?

It doesn't seem to increase Element profiency level and only gives a small amount of AP, but it consumes a whole day...

It's just a way to pass time I think , if you can't work the docks, too broke for mist chambers and don't have allies and you couldn't rescue siblings. Having it at 2 lets you pass a day.

Anyone know how much it

Oh i didn't pay attention to that👍
He said he "only" managed to write 80,000 words over the last three months—and since the previous update had 260,000 words, the next one will likely come out next year (though he also mentioned that this isn't his best pace, so it might still be released late this year).

Incidentally, I find it quite funny that he considers 80,000 words a small amount, considering that most other games have that many words in a single chapter.

80k is on the average-high for short IFs. Saying you ONLY menaged to write 80k is insane considering the time frame and everything else

I mean, for web novels, it really is 'only' compared to the stuff people put out in that timeframe. Aura Clash is legit written more like those web novels anyway. However, since choice games need to be coded, that amount is actually ridiculous.

I found a loophole in chapter 2's coding. In order to steal the Counterseal Scroll, you need Stealth 3, and I think you also need Stealth 2 to steal the Soulsoak Imbuement Scroll.

However, if you are a Yokai with a prehensile tail (Monkey/Reptile) you can steal an additional scroll for free. Anon clearly didn't think this through as you can steal one of the Directional Seal Scrolls with 1 Stealth, and the steal 1 other scroll regardless if your Stealth met the requirements or not

Correction, this is chapter 3

Generally, at the end of the Taio fight in Ebikowa, do you guys think its more advantageous to advance Style or Element, not considering Spiritbrand colour?

I usually do Storm Element with Scholar Taio(violet eyes my beloved), then Kiihakai with Daichi(Dragonfist my beloved)... So you can call me team "Whatever's cooler"... Lmao

But fr, I think it depends, but overall, I'm more team Style since I believe more chances and items can increase your element masteries vs style masteries.

It's got to be element since the style checks are pretty tame at only going up to expert.

...But am I going to actually make my brown eyes black, rather than cerulean? No, I don't think so.

Actually, Aoyu has some checks early on that you'll completely miss out if you didn't advance it as early as possible, like hearing the prayers Angelo is responding to and being able to cheat in gambling effortlessly. It also allows you to fly in the Lightbringer fight, so it's marginally more useful than elements which largely have singular uses, like wind with flight, and light with cheating/lying

On the other hand darkness has some adept checks you only get to pass because anon didn't actually put an element level requirement on them
