Aura Clash: leaks, sneak peaks, memes and discussion thread.

Bruh he didn't even have a portrait while some random *** merchant douhal has one, plus MC's journal about Bo is just deadahh describing him as a bum

"Bo Lo is a lanky Human of average height with a physique on the scrawny side. He's often a whiny bastard and one of Jack's lackeys. Though he's gone through the same training and spiritual cultivation as any Martial Artist it simply doesn't seem to amount to much, for Bo has yet to ever come out of the shadow of his betters."

How do you even be scrawny with Midorikatai as your style? Bo Lo must be a special grade bum cause ain't no way this is what mc wrote about him, just 1 paragraph of roast 😂
-Scrawny
-Avg height
-Whiny bastard

Can't wait for Bo to get the Titan form8324.png

Can he even achieve that tho in the long future? Jack has thousands more AP and higher mastery in mido but doesn't even have titan form...
Wasn't it because he chose not to? I remember in our CH 8 fight Jack saying how usually mido transformations altar the body, but he didn't liked that so he "found something better" (whether he had a choice on which transformation to choose to learn since we know he got LimitBreaker from a sectmaster he beat i don't think we know, but it still stands that even if he had the option he likely would've still gone with Limitbreaker).

How do someone just choose his transformation tho? For shugendo you bind spirits, for style you absorb styled chi like wild chi for mido only. I thought it's tied to their style and chi since aoyu can't transform into titan and vice versa since mido can't use godhand. Since all style has their own transformation then how does limitbreaker even exist? It's clearly not tied to styled chi since any style can use them. Plus I think what Jack says is pure bs since the change immediately reverts back if you turn off transformation.

It's called a freestyle transformation. Any style can use it as long as you find a way to learn it. It's kind of funny to dismiss what Jack says as bullshit here tbh

I meant choose as in he beat a sectmaster in a fight and in return the sectmaster either taught him the transformation or gave him a scroll to learn from. Also im pretty sure Jack just dosent like changing his body even if it's only during the fight, like yeah he'll revert back once he detransform but he dosent NEED to settle for enduring something like changing his body during a fight that he dosent like because he's SO much better then that.

As for how Limitbreaker exist, I admittedly am not too knowledgeable on that part of AC lore but there are transformation that don't require styled chi, though I think it's been said here that freestyle transformations tend to be oftentimes weaker then specialized ones meant to enhance one's style or at least it's strengths? (Correct me if im wrong)

I don't think it's that Jack dislikes transforming his body. I can't remember the exact, full line he says, but he does talk disparagingly about how Titan sacrifices everything, even the martial arts, for raw power. I think that's what Jack dislikes about Titan, is the fact it turns you into a skilless brute, just for, what? Even more raw strength? Jack has raw strength in spades- and it has done precisely jack and **** (no pun intended) when it comes to John Auraclash.

Now, mind you, we DO see that it's possible to bring the Titan (and Asura, for that matter) under control, in which case this downside is minimized, if not eliminated entirely. But that only happens for us after training for months with one of the best martial artists in the entire nation, and technically it's even longer than that because of the Mist Chamber (Kaito does all his training in the chamber, but even Yang and Eldra train our Transformations in the Mist Chamber). Even with him being as skilled as he is, the fact he would have had to practice on his own means he almost certainly would take longer to get Titan under control. So at that point, why even bother with Titan when Limitbreaker provides most, if not all, of the benefits, with none of the short-term or long-term disadvantages?

I mean isn't increasing raw bodily strength the entire point of mido style? Plus the mc already control titan at chp 9 and canonically the mc is like 7/10 talent and Jack is 10/10 so he should control it even faster. Plus how is titan sacrificing your martial arts? From my pov limitbreaker is just a small increase in strength while titan is just way better after you managed to properly control it.
Ps now that I think about it, if a fight breaks out in wild lands, does it become titan battle 😂?
