General rule of thumb: if she ain't got a portrait, she ain't an RO or ****able. All the ROs have images of their appearance; more importantly, how greedy are you? She showed up once and is never brought up again; there is a higher chance of Li Moon getting a scene than... actually, a Lin Moon and Des threesome isn't a bad idea. I might have stumbled across something there. But no, if she doesn't have a portrait she isn't an RO.Any chance that we are gonna get Lin moon's mother as an RO?

Btw all characters that has portraits is in a way important but why is some random ahh merchant dou nohal get one bruh? His only role is just to get robbed by the mc and then we never saw him again
. Plus somehow we have a journal entry of him and none for shrine maidens, eldra and archons, brass tiger, etc

You do see him again if you don't rob him. He gives your retainers some work during the trials, and chances are, if you have the Herbalist or Merchant background, he will play a role in your business endeavors.
I know but it's so funny that you can just rob him blind and never see a named + portrait character again. Also that hot yomi catgirl in the graveyard? She got a name and a portrait yet you could just straight up game over her and literally never see her again
Mina is getting the biggest quest in the game and also a date event too so nah she is a full blown ro but yeah she is deffo not part of the central characters but even leona and other 4 in book 2 won't be as central to the plot as they are now

it's still miles better than the tigress situation it's just her quest being stuck she still is part of the main plot got decent amount of content in stallion trials and also some content during eldra training.
