Hey um play protect is preventing me from installing the app and labeling it as harmful. Does anybody know why or has anybody faced this ? And no it's not about the android version

Just choose to install either way, google play always does that with games that dont come from google play.
But it's the first time I'm facing this issue. I've installed modded apps from this site before

nothing to worry about, if you are still unsure then simply extract the apk and run assets/index.html in browser or in joiplay.
Oh I installed it . Haven't faced any problems yet must be a false alarm. Anyway thanks for the mod

The last I heard is: he's planning to release a chapter 7 beta before the end of the year
