COG has games using the White Wolf IP, but what IP do you wish with all your strength had a IF?

White Wolf/Paradox let COG have their fun with Vampire, Werewolf and Hunter. But I want more goddammit!! Especially since the stories from those are very well written, by actual competent author's.

Me personally? Give me a Halo one, the amount of good IF you could tell with it, Maybe you're a rookie Spartan, an ODST, heck even maybe just a simple soldier in the UNSC.

Or maybe, Warhammer, and I can't stress this enough. Games Workshop already hands the IP to everyone likes it candy and that's why you have a bunch of good games but also a bunch of slop. So yeah.

After Microsoft closed Arkane Austin there probably won't be more Dishonored content (not that there would have been. I think they already concluded the story.) so, Dishonored would be nice. I don't know of many other IPs that I would even want a IF of or if those IPs would ever be cleared for something like this. But I guess it doesn't have to be realistic. Maybe a Pathfinder or Starfinder IF too.

Pathfinder is awesome. I played the Owlcat games (My first contact with Pathfinder lol) and I genuinely thought at first it was just DnD with another skin. And then out of nowhere a char drops a bomb of "Oh yeah, Golarion is nice but the other planets are better when you go there" and I was like "Excuse me?" And then I looked into lore and realized how batshit insane it is and how awesome it is 💀

And Dishonoured 😭 One of the most peak things EVER, hands down

I guess I'd be cool to see something pirate themed, literally like Pirates of the Caribbean games from the ps2 days, or something that's actually well written street racing stuff, and not just some cringe bs.
Or hell, maybe even Star Wars, that could be dope

I like it a lot better than DnD, it's more whimsical. And you're right. Pathfinder was first based off of DND 3.5 or I think that was the edition.

Ugh I would kill for some street racing s#it, Like Midnight Club, or early Fast and Furious before it became a sh#t show lol. I just want a cool ahh car, get money, live in a vaguely Y2K space with cars of the time, rivalries, maybe even tours to other places like Tokyo etc that's peak

Me too lol, it doesn't take itself as serious, like how there's just an entire Nation which has control over high tech weaponry like laser stuff meanwhile everyone else is using swords and spells lol

Yeah, something like Tokyo Drift, that'd be cool. Street racer with a cool *** car, and everything simple, just like the first F&F movies were 😭

My only problem with the idea is how the **** the actual races would work. I think racing has too many microdecisions involved to apply effectively to an interactive novel.

True, I would assume each race it's composed of like, 10 scenes, or so where you would have to read the cues the game keeps presenting and the choices would have to reflect that, like accelerating in scene X, or using Nitrous in scene Y, or swerving using skill K in scene Z. And all of that works as a point system to decide your place at the finish line, though I bet it would be hell to code it.
 
omg yes, a warhammer IF would be a wet dream. The thought of having a choice like.. You can play as an astartes OR you can play as a guardsman (just a little guy getting your butt saved by giant 9ft tall powerhouses <3) OR (hear me out) a primarch (2nd or 11th legion) someone with more brains/lore knowledge could make their comback make sense OwO. Also dragon age, but DA:O I'll even take 2 or Inquisition but def not Failguard.
Let's see... Fear and Hunger, I'm just imaging the lore dump opportunities .. A Harry Potter one would be nice too, each book could be a year at either Hogwarts (cause it's widely known) or one of the other magic schools. Darkest Dungeon.. Something set in Tolkeins world

Fallout would be nice too. A proper fallout one that is. With Karma, Factions, some light RPG mechanics, but the ability to play as everything from a Ghoul to a Robot, just like the Tabletop lol
