I have a question I would like to ask and maybe someone can help with. It seems every game I play such as College Tennis: Origin Story, Path of Martial Arts and others when i do a export to save the game and then later when the next update comes out and I hit import and click okay on the save file to import it the save never seems to show up, is there something else that i have to do that I am not doing? I just would like to save a file and not have to replay that game every time an update comes out is all.

Sadly, you'll have to do that. It's nothing on your part, it's just how CSide works. Literally why I, and some others, had to make "skip button option", so you could jump to the new stuff.
It's because CSide corrupts everything to all hell, because of the changes made to the code when updating. Since, you know, you always have to change the "starting page of the code", adding new pages and variables and whatnot, and so that just breaks the whole game.
Which is also one of many reasons that I prefer Twine, since you can just do what I did for tdc and put a js code that fixes the corruption problem easy. But CSide doesn't have that option, because the system is a*s, and it works like one
