How to turn zip files into apk

Hey guys, I need your help. Can somebody told me how to turn zip file into Apk?

if your using modern phones with latest OS the just simple rename the file (.apk to .zip) if your using pc you need to use some kind of file extractor to convert it and when your using old OS phone you need to use somd kind of apk building app or file extractor
