There seems to be a problem at Chapter 7 when I rally the men to continue the Army Reform Commision. It says error when I press next. This has happened twice at the exact same spot and dialogue

Try not to go overboard with the stats.

I personally find it helpful to set all stats to 90 to avoid fairAdd error
