If you're asking about your stats, you need to complete the prologue first then you can view the UI. As for the saves, after completing the prologue and the visible UI, navigate to the cog logo (settings) which has the saving feature.

cant get this 2 work bro where r the save files
 
For anyone who wants an html, you can do the following:
1) Run the exe on your computer.
2) Navigate to %LOCALAPPDATA%/Temp (Full Path is C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp).
3) Look for a folder with the format _MEI<some numbers>. In my case its _MEI183002, might be different on yours, not fully sure. In case you don't find it, do a manual search for "Shadow"
4) Inside this folder, copy the Shadow of the Eagles 0.4.1.html file and the assets folder, and paste them somewhere else.
5) You can now close the exe, and run the html directly. All assets are preserved, and this way you can modify the stats like any other Twine game (through SugarCube.State.variables)

Can you share the html? coz some of us don't have computer/laptop
