She's not lying about that, at least if you read her Side Stories it shows a bit of her childhood.
She's literally lying about not anticipating gang's coming
My MC will give a full answer, and I’ll deal with the consequences later🤷‍♂️.
I didn’t start this route to do things halfway.
You're only saying that cause you're overpowered by mods lol and while I would actually want that I also want to prove I'm not stupid to fall for her schemes again and she'll have to come clean as partners

My theory of everyone finding out the truth about the world and TW, Qi seems to be right. Feel like book 1 will end with a wild event and everyone finding out the truth and wanting to hunt Mc down as a reason for Mc to pick a side for protection I'm still not joining a side and staying neutral unless something great is offered

No, I’m saying this because the only RO route that interests me is Mei’s. Besides, I play without mods and on Mortal difficulty. In fact, it’s gotten harder now because the amount of XP you gain from buying artifacts was nerfed, but oh well, you just have to adapt.

Also, are you assuming she’s lying just because there’s a perception stat check? That could mean many things, it might even be that she’s holding back anger or something like that. Until it’s clear what that stat check reveals, it’s premature to assume she’s lying. I just hope it’s not 9999 because my perception isn’t that high.

She's hiding something, that isn't exactly being truthful and I think most stats would be reduced by various multipliers so there no panic on the 9999 stat check

I think it's a great theory and cliffhanger if MC stay neutral literally everyone will come for him stakes become high in book 2 then
Then my favorite ro will be caihong

It's hard to tell since RN the only limitation we have is qi, for me I'll say there's no limit to what dao can do but the stages show what we can achieve without dying and how easily it's can be done. At this point if we have an infinite amount of Qi I'm sure we could beat an average middle xiantian( yes I said it and truly it sounds absurd, but theoretically it's possible) because it's said that dao increases the usefulness of arts. If the asura of DQ could multiple her feats *6 then we having complete asura boosted with dao and an infinite amount of Qi (thanks to Dan's mods) we would be able to beat a middle xiantian.
Now the only problem is that ruo could also do it. Apart from the fact that he's got transcendent arts and artifacts, dragon transfo and of course a big ego and for some reason can force an ascension on his own, let's not forget that he's also developing an aura like that of xiantian and he'd still clap MC if he goes all out 😂
So basically take it like this
Complete asura nerfs dragon transfo
Talent & body traits nerfs his body, speed and talent obviously
Dao nerfs Arts
The only thing left is his aura and his damn sword , so....

I never understood why Nicky wrote the scene where Ruo breaks into the training room the way he did. I know Ruo is strong thanks to being part dragon and all, but it just doesn't make sense to use a stat check of 7000 in strength and then say "you're not strong enough without Qi". I mean, it's quite simple to have more than one stat at 7000~8000 since before the auction (with some money of course). It's worth remembering that a few thousand can be the difference between having a limb severed by a blade and the same blade not even being able to hurt the skin.

For me the best part of the scene, apart from Ruo's show of hypocrisy about the secret, is when Ruo leaves after the confrontation, having made the MC spit blood, and thinks "I, naturally, won".

This immediately came to my mind:

But I suppose everyone knows how it ends.

I imagine this scene is if you’re following Ruo’s route, right? Because I don’t remember seeing a scene involving Ruo that requires a stat check.
