No because Niki is liked, remember you only can call a character a self insert if the Author is disliked/ game is hated. Hence Breach trio gets a pass, ATOH gets hate (deservingly) and most games with clear self inserts get a pass based on if majority people like them. I’ve been a day 1 Ruo hater with this opinion, but Poma was too loved now people are seeing it.
Niki is about to have to cook now, this is why having another great Cultivation IF was key. Tbh I have no problem with arrogant enemies it’s common in Cultivation novels especially older ones I remember that being a trope I despised. Idk I love Thunderfaller especially my main MC who takes nothing serious and can just horny reminds me of Shepard from mass effect just hitting on everything.

Oh like a year ago it was getting constant hate threads like daily and mods were like cut it out, and basically said stop making hate threads or whatever. I mean it was like 10 in like 5 days lol. Funny thing is you don’t hear about it anymore most of its popularity was from the hate so when people moved on it crumbled. Can’t wait until it’s one of the lowest rated game and become the next meme like the great peak Formorian War, now back to Poma topic. Has there been any progress on the Tigress path?

It’s glitched right now variables are messed up and some not counting, should be an patch soon to fix bugs, but @Zeus found a way to get top 5 despite it
The sad thing is, I remember when Tigress dominated the popularity polls, she was the favorite RO over Mei. I remember before I got off the Mei train defending her and her getting trashed all over discord. And Ai was the most hated RO lol she literally had one huge fan in discord at the time. I can also say Mei is definitely Niki favorite RO. It’s not like Tigress was hated either I’m trying to say he just ignores her for some reason. He can always find a way to insert Mei into every other update he can do the same for the others.
It feels like it, at this point tang ruo being the protagonist is not even a joke, just another fact, but dont let this distract you from the truth that wu heir is still pummeled down and mocked by everyone from he gang to the lowliest early houtian.

The thing is: in aura clash the rivality is real, you can be as arrogant as your enemies, winning battles of wits and words or simply pummeling those ****ers down, i really liked mocking jack in the first fight by not taking a single hit and all that followed, It felt personal.
In poma you are forced to watch or try reacting with no effect Just to end up as the clown of the situation.

Yeah he is, all it takes is one godly update and all the hate disappears so I’m expecting it to happen by the next few updates. It’s not like the criticism is silent he’s obviously seen it, guessing the next few updates will show it. He’s already fixing one of my biggest complaints of MC using one Dao path only.
I mean at least male players get something lol, female MC players been starving. Can say the same for AC to an extent too my friend she won’t play either because the male ROs are lacking in comparison to the female ROs. I’m pretty sure that tigress update should be the one where we leave with her right?
