The fact the whole 'scaring' incident gets brought up at least three times but not the following consequence is a very minor annoyance on my end. Realistically, Wu heir should be traumatized by the event but the narrative always seems a carry a everyone who cares is stuck in the past and should just move on vibe.
Ironic considering aunty is the only family member worth respecting and remembering, it's a pity to see her become an afterthought and mc not being given the option to go after he gang like a shark Smelling blood.
Same. She's the only character in the story who seems to love and care for you without any caveats(I guess Ai is like that too if you do her route, but she's an idiot that basically committed suicide so she loses points for that)
Maybe it a little naive, but I believe that grandpa is actually relatively good guy to MC. Tang Wei said that he sacrificed two centuries for Wu heir, despite his plans. And considering that his plans=Butterfly and Rogue plans, it speak much about how MC important to him. Although lately Tang Wei words seem more and more like a joke to Nicky, so it may be retconned
MC barely even thinks about his family. Everything surrounding MC always seems to be bigger than life. That's why i like Ai's romance since its very grounded and gives a bit of relatable drama compared to whats happening in the story. Aunt is basically forgotton at this point and i hate that. Give some grounded motivations for MC, in fact give some motivation for MC. Kinda like in Shattered Eagle where the MC could choose what drives them, love for his daugther, love for the Empress, ambition, spite etc.
It would be nice if it was genuine but he did **** over Chao and essentially killed Mom.
Chao is nobody to him and Wu heir mother sacrificed herself for MC at her own volition, grandpa do nothing wrong to them for now and even helped. Of course he still place his plans over MC, but I bet unless we decide to side with Tangs he will be pretty benevolent to MC
Interestingly it used to be three centuries but at some point Niki downgraded it to two. Also there is a reason why mc mother ran away and begged Chao not to give us away to the Rogues and him (you can see her pleadings in one of the side stories). Mc mother is literally the only human being more selfless regarding us than aunty so safe to say he isn't all that good

Same, Wu heir showed most emotion when visiting ai after the whole incident and with aunty's death, shame nicky didnt gave a scorched earth option against he gang, doubt he would even give the option to retaliate on the 1v4.
All I know is we are definitely having a option to make the Devil go wild on the Ruo fight lol
If I remember correctly one of the things said was calling her that runaway *****. It’s been a while since I’ve played that my hate for Ruo is too strong to even test that out anymore. So yeah they clearly don’t respect MC mom, she wasn’t like a tragic death just basically a traitor I bet. Guessing that’s what majority of rogues truly think she’s a traitor to their goals.
