It's probably just supposed to be a temporary moment of Enlightenment to breakthrough, then you can go back to being your usual piece of **** self.
This seems like a case of establishing a piece of lore for the purpose of breaking it further down the line. If its not that then i'm not sure how tw or pretty much anyone supposed to reach nirvana
Reaching nascent soul in just 2 games is kind of a stretch but we'll see what niki has in plan i guess

A handful of the starting destinies give a unique backround to the MC. The elder dragon destiny we can choose at the character creation means the MC is a dragon lord born after thousands of years. They have a sect in their name and are by birth supposed to be sect leader, but must actually fight to that position. Choosing this destiny gives a unique new destiny we can choose during breakthrough between realms called the following bug 1 through 3. It gives us a caterpillar companion which apparently becomes a dragon as it grows larger. I think there are more initial destinies like the elder dragon destiny.
So in terms of stats, crit, crit def ,luck and insight can only be increase by starting destinies, breakthroughs and temporary destinies. Best check online for good builds. I believe there is a guide online made by a fan. It would be very useful if you can read it since the game is vast.

I would like to believe he's changing his mind, but I don't want to get my hopes up.
I also remember reading somewhere that Nicky tried writing immortal cultivator level fights and it didn't go so well, which is probably another reason why he doesn't want to write anything past Golden Core.
Well, now, I bring you updates on Nicky's progress: He hasn't finished 1vs12 yet, he said it will take another two or three days, then he'll release another beta, if you want I'll share this one as the content will be bigger and more polished than the last one. Another thing, he said he plans to finish reworking the arena fights in this update, right after finishing 3v3 (or 1v3). Estimates are three weeks in total.
Its a good thing that Niki is spending time to cement lore. It was clear he had no direction after finishing the expedition. Now he's probably taking time to outline the story till the end of a major arc or moment. Its always best to outline the story first and make changes along the way.
Will we finally able to one shot people ? ( who are supposed to be one shoted according to mc's stats )
And see mention of mc's body according to choice of start. I hate ruo calls mc's body trash.
That is very old. Niki is more open to writing an actual cultivator story now (He mentioned he has plans to either contuine the mc story after NS or do something else)
