I wonder how much of Ruo's stats are supplied by his gear, and how much is supplied by his dragons.
I'm assuming his rings for example are much better than the ones we have access to.

This on Mortal is impressive, although very "hypothetical" because would require multiples and multiples "Combat Menu" to use everything(Talismans, Bracelet, Infusion, Asura...etc).
In my heavenly run, for example, against Muchen I managed this:
Using all Dao-Forms(That scale with Spell Power and current stats), Body Dao form, for example, increased 31 for each stat while Elemental Dao Form fixed my CON to 262.Also Infusion and Partial Asura(That in my case is +10, really surprised that +16 is even possible).
Now knowing Dao-Forms scale with the spell power, imagine this with a Dao-level 26 powered by the Dao Perfection(Or a flat level 38 Tri-Dao that's possible with the new Chao event) + Blood Gloves & Energy Talismans; Over a flat base of 150~200 stats(My base stats were 102 for each stat with Perception being 118).
"Pseudo Xiantian" nah man, Chu muchen has better chance of winning against a xiantian enforcer at this point. I feel bad for him.

Dragons are fused so they are one with Ruo so we cannot judge but the reason she has stats so high beyond what should be possible is because of this it's literally her base as they are one.
His base is high but logically his gear should be the best anyone can find in the celestial empire. Even if his rings were a +2 compared to our +1 that would be a considerable increase and that's just for rings.
Speaking of stats, Nicky should take a moment to think what they should be at one point, because sometimes it seems inconsistent. Ruo apparently specializes in speed, but for example when punching her you need to pass a 90 strength check in addition to a 90 agility check.

Here, I added the new stuff: I had forgotten to add the dream increase and the overlord/paragon buff, and I noted the number when using Body Avatar in normal mode in my min/max mortal run.
One observation: as the friend mentioned, Body Avatar scales with spell power, so using Void Form and Blood Gloves before activating Body Avatar should further increase the buff. I did not include Dao Perfection because my calculation was based on the fight against Muchen.

Since the Dao-EXP gained per-turn is tied to perception I usually rush to 100 perception.
100 perception + 5 from the dream + 11 from Mei's Hidden Dragon Pill + 2 from Ruo's Ox Pill.

Yes, even abusing from the treasure refining feature, you need 1.562 Unrefined Qi to up each 10 stats after the 50 cap(And that disregarding the act of increasing the stat cap).
So, for example, to increase from 50 to 60 you'd need ~1.862 Unrefined Qi that's 59 Ironcloud Robes — 295.000 Gold

Funny even, how Nicky will write the others four fights besides the Final. Considering Wu Heir current strength, feats and that even in a totally fair trash run you can easily reach 70~80 Base stats. Given what we know until now, the only serious competitors against Wu Heir would be; Tang Ruo, Yang Gan(GOAT in base is physically stronger than Full Asura Wu Heir amped by Body Dao), the "Second", LDQ(Either she's the second or a separated contestant) and Shengjue possessing He Gang's Body(Although I believe he'd just resign from the match)... With Yutai and maybe Tang Bo being able to provide a interesting fight, but my point still.

Normal Peak Houtians can't fight us without spamming talismans and abusing artifacts, I doubt Tang Bo is even remotely qualified for the finals. So our opponents are pretty much just the people you mentioned. I'm curious to see what Nicky does.
Bro I want to fight Yang Gan so bad, I want it to be like Rick vs Boughston (From isekai ossan anime) where we just wail on each other. See who's harder- I mean refined their body better. But him fighting Ruo would be better for the story imo (Either putting down her only friend or proving that she has finally surpassed him) so I don't know if it can ever happen...
