Path of martial arts: leaked sneak peaks, and discussing thread

Say, when is the DQ event where you get the Devil Eating Manual supposed to fire off? I'm interested in seeing the full event, but don't want to make a whole new playthrough just to get it, better just to change surname through console dao.

It's just after you go and meet Wu Chao. Make sure your surname is Pan and the Wu clan is destroyed.

The main difference we and that younger TW have is that we are a pureblooded godchild that is even stronger and more divine than other godchildren. We have Godlike Meridians, Spiritual Roots and Dantian (Literally Top Tier stuff), whereas TW had sh*t meridians, trash spiritual roots and a garbage dantian.
I also think it has to do with mind state as well, between TWs master and his wife, the man was broken to the point his obsession became his Dao. Our MC is not as affected or as biased as TW was, a fresh soul and mind that is more open to inspiration as opposed to TW who was solely focused on his wife's resurrection.

That too is a big factor, blood king was extremely disappointed with TW because his dao seed took too long to awaken and his cultivation was extremely slow for someone with his physique. All this because of his mindset. Wu Heir's soul is childlike, unburdened and possesses creativity, imagination and curiousity. He will surpass TW in Dao as well.

I think you're taking it literally. I believe it means fate affects the circumstances around one's birth, not their birth itself. MC's Mom finding the mask, overhearing LB and Delun, escaping to mainland, meeting Chao, all these circumstances led to MC's birth. Is it fate or coincidence Delun happened to free us from our 'fate'? Is it fate or deliberation that MC happened to be a perfect clone of TW? Its just a plot tool to justify pushing the narrative in one way.
Yeah, I recognized something similar in the next post. I just think the way it was written is stupid.

How can I put it? Stuff like that bothers me—it even makes me itch. Like right at the beginning with that “even the First Emperor only had 100% Blood Purity”… Come on, isn’t that obvious? If he’s the origin, of course he’d be 100%. And what do you mean “only 100%”? Could it be any purer than pure?

On another note, this appears to be the "world map" of the POMA world. My friend showed it to me—I have absolutely no idea if it's official or not, so take it as you will.

I was on discord at that time and i think it's more of influence and territory strength(danger zones iirc) rather than a pure set to stone map. And this was when the wu had a shangtian and were top tier the most recent i saw wu's territory was way smaller than this and the He was the cause

Might just be that Niki's English isn't that good🤷‍♂️

By code diving you can see that the maximum stats current wu heir can canonically have at this point is a 200 in every stat. Great Circle is the same as Qi Perfection. It's just that Qi Perfection refers to having at least 3600 Refined Qi Strands which you need to get the Golden Ocean foundation which is the best foundation possible.
Golden Ocean Foundation?

Played v 0.34

It was good update considering how low my expectations have gotten lot of dialogues and lore

Decisions i took

Used pill to save that broken yang
Who was that six desire illusion guy don't know

Finally learnt tri dao by observing wu dad

Did not tell wu dad about the letter i don't know about this decision tbh i think i should tell

But if you tell you don't have much dialogue and lore what u guys do whats the best choice here

Left money for clan development

And that lady butterfly brain surgery i think
I didn't understand that part of story i mean it gives negative debuffs after she is done what was that about do we learn those spells or was it all horseshit

my mc will probably wont take any side in this war unless plot and author forces it and it would be a bítch move if they do it in cyoa game

My mc aims is probably learn if they can

restore wu dad soul
Save ai
Reach heaven on my own not by picking sides

You know, I've always thought this line was pretty stupid... I don't know if anyone agrees with me...

If fate determines when and how you're born, then fate determined when and how your parents would have you, and if fate affected your parents and their parents, why wouldn't it affect you?

Strictly speaking from this wording it could be interpreted as fate decides which soul/person/being to put in to which body at the moment of conception and nothing else. So fate might not determine how your parents would meet and couple and whether they would - but determines whether it is you who is born. 'How' in this context could also mean just your social class and circumstances which again does not mean that your further path is set in stone.

But of course whether true randomness exists or whether everything is just a very complicated infinitely connected chain reaction is a whole other topic of philosophical discussion.

But regarding the emperor and the 100% thing. Unless they were massively inbreeding (possible) no one would have a 90%+ blood purity. Because if we consider that the first emperor had 100% purity, marrying and having children with a non-TW descendant would automatically bring it to 50%. But how God-genetics work is not my specialty.

Its probably dependent on a recessive trait. Take punnet square for example, we can use it to figure out the probabilty of genetic variance of a living being in a very basic level. I'd say the blood purity is a recessive genetic trait which TW formed after becoming a god. So higher blood purity means you possess the 'desirable trait' of a god. A person far off down their family tree can possess a trait lost over the years due to his ancestors marrying into different families. Say your great grandfather had red hair and great grandmother was a a brunette, dark hair is a dominant trait whereas red hair is recessive. Thus your grandfather was born with darker hair and your father was also born with dark hair.. Luckily or unluckily you manage to be born with red hair. the family's red hair skipped 2 generations. Its just probability. The red hair trait is always there, just very low chances of it becoming your forefront trait. Its the same with blood purity i reckon. Its all luck. Ruo having 98% doesnt mean he's more like TW, it just means he got lucky. That's not the case tho with Wu Heir, They are TW. What Wu Heir has from birth, the others prayed just for a drop of.

Doubtful, you might think it because TW needed 76 years to reach CF in a proper, Qi-rich world, but TW can't really be compared to Wu Heir to what regards their starts.
COP removes the necessity of preparations for an major, Realm breakthrough.

We are seeing Wu Heir reach Foundation Establishment in roughly six months by himself, no manuals or resources(Unless you're Imperial, and with Yichen resources you can reach 150-all/Golden Ocean in literally no time), if anything we can argue about TW's manual being partially infused on Wu Heir but this is a natural, passive thing. Wu Heir is so absurd that just an Pseud-Nirvana manual can push him to 150-all, doesn't even need anything else, just with the Devil Eating.
Now imagine Wu Heir with Qi Stones from Yue/LB, with proper manuals(Immortal Grade, or even the Void-Grade one), training directly under the main heads of either side...etc, actually I would find absurd if Wu Heir needed more than five years for Core-Formation.
Does that mean LB was ignorant when she said it would take atleast millions of years for Wu Heir to reach godhood? She doesnt miss the opportunity to hammer us down. I guess it just drives the point home that everyone is completely clueless about the potency of Wu Heir's unique circumstance. From everything we've read so far, i cant imagine becoming as strong as say Bohai in 5 years time and Chao in probably half of that.

Not really, although LB is stupid and needs to be pounded to gain some sense, about this at least Niki confirmed himself in the Tumblr.
Wu Heir would need millions of years to reach TW level. But as we're said to be able to reach it at record time/Our talent is undeniably above TW's probably we'll be faster than his 5,5mi of years.

PS: Something that could delay Wu Heir, for example, is try to master the Soul path through the Macro Mortal Realm and Immortality, something TW didn't.

I'm quite curious, what leads you to think it?

For me is a very logical conclusion for what TW said. Crudely, if Wu Heir can reach Foundation Establishment in six months without any help wouldn't be absurd for him to reach Core-Formation in a few years once he gain access to the necessary resources.
