my original statement was meant to clarify that she isnt average strength in relayove to other shangtians i.e not top 7 or 8 so her being around 10th of 15 shangtian still classifies as one of the weaker ones. so maybe we will agree to disagree
Again I don't think you understand the meaning of "below average". Anything lower than average would be included as one of the "weaker ones" something like top 9 would still be below average though still not "one of the weakest" liked you originally implied about her strength

Yes, I agree that it's quite possible that the MC at the end of Qi Sea will already be stronger than an average Shangtian. I just don't know about the DQ level, after all she is "officially" top 2 or 3, presumably a Peak Shangtian. And that's not even the point, if it were any other novel, let alone DQ, the MC at the beginning of Core Formation would probably be able to beat Tang Yichen Prime... the point is whether the author would follow this logic.
Prime Yichen is the equivalent of an average Core Formation cultivator and he could mid diff DQ in his prime

Just as I thought it would be. Has this been confirmed by the author?

By the way, do the higher levels of Martial Arts progress in the same way as the Houtian level? Just to remember, Houtian power, normally, progresses like this:

Mortal -> ×10 -> EH -> ×2.5 -> MH -> ×2 -> LH -> ×2 -> PH

Yea it has been confirmed by the author.
We can assume that Ruo and MC upon arrival on the CF/Shangtian stage will be Prime Yichen material and advancing until a more powerful level since they def won't be "average" CF.
Again it's pretty unclear what is average in the nikiverse since a kid of an Immortal/God can just body Yichen MC and anything else.
But that's common xianxia stuff

Mentioned in a certain explanation (sorry for spoilers?)as for the casuality part it's more of a speculation since "karma" bend for ruo's way which kinda remind me of wonder of u View attachment 12345
You know, it reminds me of that talent... The one that was excluded a long time ago, since random rolls ended, something like "fortunate" or "blessed"...

If my memory serves me correctly, the description was "the Heavens smile down on you, recognizing you as they favorite child and creation, regardless of what you do, they will support you by providing a slight advantage."

U passed every stat check basically until the new system
It wasn't a bad time, but I'm glad it's over. I hated how the stats progressed, by 10 at each level.

But I kind of miss the talent descriptions... And how easy it was to get rich with the luck talent.

Considering how the story went i am not surprised that niki deleted that description/talent, it also remind me of the time when story mode wasn't a thing but instead it was called overlord talent and it gives ×100 times more xp and you could die in it like any other mode or when precognition talent was a thing it's description going something like "you are attuned to the world and the world is attuned to you letting you peer a few seconds in the future" or something like that and you could use it against Mo long and MG.

Yes. We also have the no longer existing "Intelligence", on the one hand it was a stat that was not well used, to the point of becoming meaningless, on the other hand I thought it was pretty cool and it used to give me hope of having alchemical production in the game.

I thought alchemy would be a big part of the plot too considering Mei2 got her book from Tang Wei and the importance of the library alchemy book in the beginning.

I thought the mc would be also a genius in that front but I think the author abandoned that idea but they definitely did consider it at first.

It's a real shame... Maybe in the next books. Since he'll no longer be among the weakest in the world, perhaps he'll finally be able to start thinking about alchemy, or the creation of talismans, or the creation of equipment, or all of the above.

Wouldn’t count on it, pretty sure Niki said it was just too much to code, same reason wu clan uses no weapons just would be too many variables.

I can't give a solid opinion on whether it's too much to code, as it's not my area... But as a "layman", I understand the weapons part, I just don't share the same opinion about production in general.

I'm not going to say that it's easy or difficult, but honestly, it doesn't need to be anything too complicated. Take alchemy for example, a few options such as "study alchemy" with a few texts without too many details would already be something pleasant and entertaining, as for the production itself, it could be as simple as "Do you have the recipe?", "Do you have the ingredients?", "Be happy".

Will there be progress to the main story or just arena fights? Been itching for the tournament.
More story would be nice, but I'd be happy with more arena fights too.

In particular, I would like to see the matter of the content for the activities resolved... and with some hope, the addition of a new option, "Harvest Qi", something like going to hunt down criminal Martial Artists, for those following the Paragon route, or going to destroy some villages/cities or groups of autonomous Martial Artists, for those following the Renegade route. (I could have said demonic route, but I just couldn't resist a reference to Mass Effect)

Author never actually planned for alchemy at any point

what i meant was that the beginning of cf would be able to beat dq,beating prime yichen would be a bit of a stretch
