My thoughts exactly

Despite wu heir's newfound powers, the only thing that we can actually do with it that can be considered as something noteworthy before the tournament would probably be killing liu yutai, and so far that's been kept a secret for reasons. So im not really suprised and somewhat expected chu muchens thoughts and conclusions concerning wu heir's strength. He probably have little to no knowledge on the whole wu heir being the reincarnation of tang wei except for what little rumors are available to the public. The chu clan also so far seems to have not chosen a side on the whole civil war issue so they're not privy to any knowledge that the imperials or the rogue's has on the wu heir. So his judgement on wu heir is based only on what is known to the public. And what is known is that 1. Wu heir's clan is in Decline so they have little in way of influence, power, and resource needed to develop wu heir. 2. Wu heir after the expedition lost the 100% bp that could have maybe made him noticable and went into a coma for 2 years. Based on that 2 facts alone its not really out of pocket for him to be baffled on just how powerful the mc is. Wu heir went from waking up from a 2 year coma having lost their initial cultivation to beating 3 top 10 ma in a what is essentially a 3 v 1 in a timespan of less than a year.

And as a sidenote i'd add that by the looks of it we'd reach what can be considered the equivalent of a xiantian by the end of this book.
So wu heir would go from no cultivation to xiantian in less than a year.
Not even ruo can advance that fast

From mortal one stone took us to lh while giving roughly 8-10 qi strands, if we were to calculate advancement by qi strands then we're supposed to reach S on less than 5years but niki keeps nerfing mc so I'm no longer even following MA's progression 🤦‍♀️

Cause at the earlier updates I remember I had a playthrough where I didn't even train stats, I trained arts and was just spamming them in battle and then they were auto win, now?
You need a check for an art to work, you need a specific master to attain the art and what's more is that somehow, but MA's are keeping up with a great clan's arts because we lost our transcendent version and yeah, everyone in the wu still tool it in stride 🥱

Poma lacks the kind of details needed to make assumptions or ideas, there's too much loopholes around it that every idea has a counter to it 🤦‍♀️
(Still better than fomorian war)🚶🏻‍♀️

At this point I'm operating the fight scene. There's nothing new, same fake *** mockery, then the realisation sets in and mc mocks back. No background changes no acknowledgement the story continues. The closest thing to an acknowledgement in poma rn is when the disciple that can see arts approaches mc after expo

So it's clear Niki is using the devil as a plot device for whenever he doesn't want the MC to lose. So far I don't think we can lose the tourney and everytime we're close to losing, the devil does the deed for us. Even against Chu Muchen, we have the option to let the devil loose. We either get a "You are dead" or "Devil takes over".

It's the lack of planning. Nicky is basically complicating his own life. Having ideas and just adding them to the mix isn't necessarily bad, the problem is that mistakes, inconsistencies, and bad parts will inevitably appear. If Nicky had at least planned the basic script and the general structure of power, it's very likely that we wouldn't be having a rewrite today.

I'm not saying that Nicky should have planned every event, character, item, and skill down to the smallest detail, but let's agree that things like the protagonist's and rival's physique, power structures and methods such as Qi Cultivation or Body Refinement, and main antagonists are not things that fall under “small details.”

Nicky's PDCA is basically 1% Plan, 70% Do, 5% Check and 24% Act.

You can actually lose in the first stage if you count dying (game over dying not almost dying) as losing and what Supreme said

I really don't know which option is better lol, i like the im a god option, but i feel it doesnt have much strength behind it, it just seems arrogance and delusion, but it can change if this tournament whole arc goes like mc's enemies fighting against the inevitable, if i can roleplay as a wu heir that didn't even't drop a sweat. But i'm probably choosing the option above or the first one. Really depends, i tend to oscilate between acting cool aloof guy and a psycho.
