Exactly she needs somebody that can take on Yichen, it's definitely not gonna be the mc within the next 100 years, and yeah she could take He Gang body whenever she wanted but probably not in a condition good enough to take Yichen on.
This is what i don't get, i'm not usually nitpicking everything the author does, but he gang should realistically be a major part of mc's motivation, your aunt died because of him, and it isn't even a rivalry between two heirs of two great clans, just look at Wu Chao's reaction when you mention He Mei, that's generational beef. Yet nicky wrote a way to have this somewhat random guy just sweep the rug of vengeance from underneath us by killing he gang first, it'd be like if Jack from AC was killed by Lost Jester.

Yue fang's older brother the one who goes on crusade to other world I think I said this here before there will be two Cultivator Ros Yue fang's brother who will be Yue clan's representative pretty much the guy to align with for mc who doesn't wanna align with tangs or Rogues,and the other Cultivator will be woman who is supposed to a good person so would be good natured MC's.

You pretty much touched on my biggest problem with POMA. It's not that Nicki can't write, quite the opposite. Dude is a great writer when he's actually putting in the effort.
The body snatching only happens if you try to fight He Gang in the 3 v 3 fight and Songjue explode

Can't be too sure about him yue fang isn't a credible source afterall (man lacks sense) he can also every well be ruthless but only against evil or he could be as yue fang said still better than other options we have.The woman Cultivator on the other hand is for sure the good natured one.

That's because Ruo suffers from the same problem as Wu heir but in a opposite way. Both pretty much got stripped of all their personality, Ruo suffers from becoming (more of) a Gary stu. Compare early Ruo to the one we have now, dude's become a temu Sasuke without any depth.
I think i read sometime back that Ruo wont change even if you romance him and its something i dont like. You see when i think of changing a RO, my thoughts go back to some classic rpg games. Morrigan in DAO, Viconia in BG2, Shadowheart, Astarion, Laezel in BG3, Nyrissa in Pathfinder Kingmaker, Jack in ME2, Bastilla in Kotor (in a way), Those darkside characters based on whether youre male or female in kotor 2 (forgot their name), Sebille and the Lizard guy in Divinity OS 2, both the girls in Jade Empire who you can either fix, make worse or start a triad towards the end lmao. You even got Invisigal now in Dispatch. All these characters can be 'fixed' in one way or another by the MC throughout the game. Viconia's alignment can be shifted from neutral evil to true neutral via her romance. Nyrissa is a true 'i can fix her' fairytale romance and the best ending of the game is achieved by romancing her. Morrigan is my alltime fav romance (poor girl butchered in Veilguard along with everything else). All this adds so much depth to these characters. Ruo can essentially be one of the 'I can fix him/her' trope but idk whats going on in Niki's head.
Pretty much almost every character in this game so far has suffered somesort of downgrade. The only character that has received any sort of meaningful work and growth is ****ing mei of all people. Meanwhile ruo and mc had their personalities stripped and their development stunted. Ai's character growth was put on ice (literally) and if discord chatter are to be believed it's because niki just don't know what to do with her, which means that now he's just not interested in giving her much thought or worse he never really cared about ai to begin with. Tigress is pretty much abandoned at this point as it's been more than a year since any sort of progress has been made to her story. And then there's caihong and xiwen who has now joined guo amongst the ranks of demoted ro's. And that's just the main sidecast, i could go on about about the masters, the rest of the sect and pretty much everything else. And yet despite all that underdeveloped and abandoned content, niki's still adding more entirely new stuff. new ro's, new plot points, new mechanics without actually finishing and fleshing out what he already created. So yeah things are incredibly bleak.
