All right, now I'm almost certain this guy is an alien cultivator. Getting lore about manuals is cool, but the source annoys me.

A Rogue who's more knowledgeable than MC with regards to cultivation, either he's one of LB's students or a true cultivator. Considering his origins, he's not a true cultivator which i would have much preferred if he's going to lecture me on cultivation. Tbh i never felt annoyed at Yue Fang lecturing us on cultivation but hearing **** from this guy just pisses me off.

Doesnt this mean only TW's manuals will work for MC? The ones he hid away. I think even TW talks about this after the update to his conversation. That we cant cultivate properly without a manual and that he has hidden manuals across poma which will reveal themselves to him over time. Maybe it was like this before the TW convo update? TW's manuals must be of the best quality right? He must have left it for himself so that it would be easier for his cultivation after he takes over MC's body.
In before some cultivator from bumfu.ck nowhere finds TW's manuals and somehow manages to cultivate with them, or some random martial artist finds them and manages to use them because they are the disciple/reincarnation of an immortal that somehow managed to get into Poma, even if TW's arrays exist
Acc to latest sneak peak, this is not possible tho. Even if the manual is of the best quality, if it is not tailor made for you then its usefulness will be hampered a lot. It must be doubly so for TW's manuals since he must have anticipated stuff like this and should have made safeguards. So even if someone finds TW's manuals, the effect it will have on them will be minimal or in beta case they would be dead since the manuals are not coded for them. Besides, the manuals are useless for non cultivators and i doubt some random cultivator will show up and come across it. Only we are aware of its existence. Maybe the dream god will help us find it.

I'm grateful that this isn't the case. I don't like retcons in general, but this one was a decent one; it just didn't make sense before. Honestly, it's still not "good," but it's no longer "a disgrace". In any case, the Qi Manuals that TW said he had scattered around in the past no longer exist; now he just says he'll create an opportunity for the MC to obtain a manual soon.
