From saying no to gender selectable RO's to this. I mean its nice he cares about what the readers want but i think sometimes he cares too much.

It's a safe answer to give to a constantly changing variable that's for sure. As an mc needs to be as powerful as the story needs it to be. And as the story progress, then the mc's strength and to what or whom said strength is meassured against needs to change and progress. Making an mc variable "unquantifiable" makes it easy to write adjustments as one sees fit.

I would like to leave it on the first page as Foulwarden did, but I don't have any comments to edit there. If anyone has any and is willing to post them there every time, feel free to do so. If you want, I can send all the peeks again. That said, you can bookmark the comments with peeks and lore drops for yourself, to view whenever you want.

Wu Heir not quantified is a diplomatic answer lol. I mean, he could just say that every MC is different and so is their talent but its a boring answer ig.

Also, Ai is catching strays out ther lol. He Gang is about right. Man's entire career is running on him being a cultivator. Same for LC but he's riding coattails on his inheritance. Tigress is on par to Yichen is surprising. Yue family's stonks are high.
 
One interesting thing, which my friend even joked about with "Ruo has fallen from grace," is that apparently Nicky confirmed that even if Ruo were in the Celestial Realm and had "a backing similar to Yue Yan's," he would still lose, but it would be a fair fight, skill issues. He then commented something like (at the same level):
Yan is power 95 - skill 100
Ruo is power 100 - skill 70

Sound like something Nicky will retcon. And I don't get how Yan skill is so high. Yue backing don't include similar training? Also curious how Nicky scale Wu heir skill compare to these two

The explanation is that Yue Yan doesn't just train, he practically risks his life in intense fights and wars practically every day and is always travelling and exploring for opportunities, etc... Ruo doesn't.

It surprises me sometimes how you ask the same questions I do... Anyway: Wu Heir is power 100 - skill 100. But not stated outright by Nicky, only implied.

Gender selectable RO's are often badly written as hell or the author clearly writes the RO with a specific gender in mind...

Man...cmon! just let Yue Fang's sibling be a dude already and the woman cultivator be a woman lmao!

It was all cool and fine with the new RO's

but people just have to whine don't they? 🙄

(Remove the Tigress status as RO FOR THE LOVE OF GOD)

Regarding Wu Heir's talent, it's somewhat expected since the problem as an MC isn't talent, but everything else.
