So with the mc physique are basic spells automatically make it a immortal or divine teir

From my understanding, what MC does it's not a spells, but a pure Dao and it can't be classified like this. Only spells MC can use is Asura transformation (incomplete is around Sky level, complete should probably be Void rank) and Annihilation fist (which is watered down version of divine tier)

Edit: Spells is about being fixed (fixed power, cost, effect). Pure Dao manipulations is far more versatile, power can be increased by using more qi and having better path understanding, effect can vary

It surprises me sometimes how you ask the same questions I do... Anyway: Wu Heir is power 100 - skill 100. But not stated outright by Nicky, only implied.

Id say MC's power is above 100 but skill depends on what Niki wants MC to do. At best scenario MC can always beat the most skilled with just pure power combined with their relatively lower skill. I mean thats how it has worked so far. I'd love it if MC is actually skillfull but that would mean MC would be the strongest among their stregth level since there's no one out there to match our dao on even terms.

One interesting thing, which my friend even joked about with "Ruo has fallen from grace," is that apparently Nicky confirmed that even if Ruo were in the Celestial Realm and had "a backing similar to Yue Yan's," he would still lose, but it would be a fair fight, skill issues. He then commented something like (at the same level):
Yan is power 95 - skill 100
Ruo is power 100 - skill 70

I sort of expected yan winning because of how hyped he was with folks who give me all poma lore tho I didn't Think the skill gap would be this wide with equal backing. I am more surprised by yichen being 7-8 makes no Sense to me given how he developed a whole *** dao sprout so early and even lady B talked about it and now nikki says tigress is on par or even above smh.Yichen to me sounds like a 9 if tigress is 8 if he wanted to make yichen 8.5 then tigress 7.5 makes me think he is creating hype for tigress and give her some relevance as she will get her fabled 70k update lol.

Well Nicky says natural, which I interpretate as before ancestral blood droplet, best resources etc. Plus, I think Heavens give him best possible treatment to become so strong for their plans.

Unlike Tigress who is not only useless to Heavens, but with weak overall foundation. And maybe her talent rating include fuse with artefact.
