This is why I'd appreciate the first book to be limited to the tournament and the rebellion and the 2nd to actually start introducing cultivators and outside forces massively stronger then the POMA world, by doing that in your first book you're essentially choking the story and introducing a hundred new plotholes you won't have time to resolve in the first book anyways, hell, it would've been better if the first book was limited to inner energy alone and you discover that you're Tang Wei's reincarnation AFTER you become extremely strong, with it somewhat regularly getting implied in the first so it doesn't become another case of the poo people and specials

I seem to recall at one point they mention a H can freely train in buildings in the sect, but a X needs a special building with walls held up by a cave/mountain to avoid destroying it. I think it was when you train Tigress but I'm not sure.
I guess that info was retconned as well. Who knows? Everything is being retconned these days. It's so jarring.

Yes, it's hard to imagine that a golden palm at least 60 meters tall, as solid as steel, moving close to or above the speed of sound would not have such an effect.
Edit: I know the MC isn't exactly a Houtian, but Su De can literally launch an attack more powerful than this. In fact, the highest stat check in the game, a bloody 116 CON to barely survive...

POMAverse = POMA world
Nikiverse = the setting beyond the POMa world you know with the trillion of years old gods and stars destroying feats. For comparison Reverend Insanity doesn't even have easy Immortality. Primordial Origin Immortal Venerable only lived to 25k which is a laughable pathetic age for the Nikiverse

Been thinking about the upcoming Chao sparring match and noticed an interesting detail in the code.
If you let the devil take control during the Spear Twins 3v3, he cripples a Xiantian by obliterating his arm when he tries to stop the MC from killing the Twins. Now this happens regardless of whether you learned the Realm Annihilating Fist or not, but interestingly enough that scene is tagged as xiantian_realm_fist, so the devil essentially uses the technique to blast through the Xiantian. That is also confirmed by the fact that your attributes decrease by 10 after.
But in the code, using the Fist decreases your attributes by a bigger amount after each use (2*realm_fist_used) so if you use it for 3 times it decreases your attributes by 6 in addition to 2 and 4 from before.
Now I don't know if Niki arbitrarily threw that in there or not, but if not, it implies that the Devil somehow made the attack even more powerful at the cost of more stat decreases. And it also means that the Devil knows how to use the fist automatically.
In my mind, it just confirms that the Devil is either Tang Wei's or has access to many if not all of Tang Wei's buried memories that the MC hasn't seen yet. And if it is like @Arlonb said, and the RAF is basically equal to a Nirvana level spell, then it should be able to basically just blast through and one shot everyone on the PoMA world without issue.

Though I suppose why Niki added the charge time to it as well as the stat decreases, so someone like Yichen, Bohai, Chao etc. , can just react much quicker than the MC can finish charging it up.
