Yeah I have no clue why Niki keeps retconning and downgrading the power level of the PoMA world so much. If you go on his tumblr, the absolute range and inconsistency is staggering. Like bro says that YB clears Homelander and later confirms that YB can tank a nuke, and then goes on to say something completely opposite later.
There's no real justification for this either, since the wider cultivation world seems to be extremely powerful, and there's absolutely no reason to make the S's weaker in comparison when they are already much weaker than a CF cultivator or that going by Niki's statements (unreliable) even a genius Qi Sea cultivator can beat them.

If he's smart, he'll clarify that destroying poma buildings or in general cultivation structures is a big feat. Like they're reinforced with IE and qi which makes them as durable as a X or something. But that will still not help his case cuz he already discredited that YB cannot oneshot anything bigger than a building lol.

How much has the Ruo romance progressed so far?, as of now every RO has gone and went and Ruo has 0 actually romantic events.
Tbh poma still caps below city either way because of what he has always said he was confused between hill and mountain so safe scaling is always hill to city level for poma.But given how he keeps making these statements we might be getting Village level poma soon.

Tbh, all jokes aside, I do actually think that the building statement must be in reference to special cultivation buildings.
More importantly, since physics definitely work differently in this world, and buildings and matter seem to be somehow reinforced, I don’t think it can be compared to our world.
For example, in the last update, if you pass a 90 strength check to make Ruo stumble by stomping on the ground, it states that the whole mansion shakes from the stomp.
Now that would be impossible in the real world because of how surface area and force application works, but that’s not my point.
My point is that even if it were physically possible to produce enough force with your foot to shake a whole mansion and not fly upwards because of the opposing force, the stomp should by all logic just go through the ground with that amount of energy.
So considering that, the rock has to be somehow reinforced to handle that kind of force and distribute it through the whole foundation and make it shake.
Again, applying real world physics to PoMA is already dubious, but if we are to grasp at straws, then this could be viewed as one such case.
But bruh, if the MC with 90str can stomp and shake a whole mansion and produce and earthquake, then I have no clue how YB can only collapse a building with his strongest punch.
I guess it could be a very large building lol?

Funny enough the World of poma isn't like those Cultivation words lol where we have the world full of qi being way more reinforced by default that isn't the case here lol.The only reinforcements would be special buildings with some Inner energy and artifacts I guess.But still other than that everything is just plain normal lol.
Ac indeed has what you were talking about because of the chi the world itself is way more durable like how it goes in other stories.The country busters in AC would be continental threats in a world without chi lol.

Yeah true, I did mean IE reinforced and used cultivation as a general term though, my bad.
Even in the first stage of the tourney you collapse regular buildings in your fight with the DES and we know that special reinforced buildings and materials exist as we are put in one such cell if the MC crashes out when Ai dies and fights the enforcers. So I guess Niki just either forgets to state that it’s such a building or doesn’t actually care about consistency.
Or if we really reach here it could be possible that everyone has control on how they distribute the force of their blows or whatever, because otherwise these stomps would produce nothing but craters and funny demonstrations of Newton’s third law.
LB explains why if you follow her path. Tang Wei’s Golden Seed absolutely refuses to use Arts and makes it impossible for the MC to do so.
Instead it allows the MC to basically improvise every technique possible within the ability of his Dao on the spot. So nothing is stopping the MC from replicating the Arts, except his imagination and comprehension level. And in fact he does by spamming Palms all the time.
From what niki said if two shangtians fight for real they can't control the output and they will slowly but surely ruin the place they are in,while yeah what you are saying about the distributing the might of blows and the opponents body absorbing most of it is commonly used for dbz too and it is also present in AC tho when top tiers fight but if they aren't good ones then it can get worse for the collateral but in poma apparently they cannot distribute the power the same way dbz ,ac or most of the powerful fiction follows.
Poma is all over the place for this I am still assuming the Cultivators deffo can and its just the martial artists are the ones who cannot.
