I mean considering that Zhong Delun is knowledgable on cultivation, Qi, and souls, while also having placed the karmic shield on the MC so Tang Wei couldn't have his mind, it could be something along those lines.
Besides, if she asked Chao to not open it, it could be some revealing thing like a letter explaining why she did what she did or something she stole from Zhong Delun before escaping - like a manual or Qi-Infused item. Since other clones of TW did get some items and perks, and ours were taken away or remained hidden, presumably it was grandpa's doing until he could be sure the MC is on his side.

The thing is for that theory, Tang Wei said specifically he would create an opportunity to acquire a manual, so I don't think it could be the one he was talking about. Not unless we get some convoluted explanation for how it can be.
