The auction pills will raise the limit cap of str,con, and agi by 5 points.

there is also +5 limit breaking to every stats from a vision.

Mei's pill is 10% to every stats so that's +11 or +10

Ruo's pill which is +2 to every stats.

+20 to all stats from dao breaking before 3v3

But this is probably not optimized, all of that qi and money will be wasted if the new body manual just raises the limit of all stats to 150 without the need to use body refining and waste qi.

The new meta when that happens is to not waste qi on body refining and just accumulate it to convert it to exp so when we get the body manual we can raise all stats. The only stats that you should raise to 100 as fast as possible would be Perception for the dao exp. Getting nearly a -140 qi discount to all dao use is insane.

I just play trash so and the highest i got were in 70s before tbe 3v3 and before the dao upgrade, with dao upgrades i could get it into the 90s maybe one stat to 100

Never on purpose, the only slaughter is the forced one for having too high stats in the 1 v 12(though it does not give much qi,still useful, but not much)
