When you get the dream session with Dreamweaver about SLM, go and tell Xiwen about it (provided you already asked about your heritage), he will take you to meet LB, chat with her a bit, do not offend her, tell her she's the most beautiful woman, and when she tells you about her plans for the world, say you don't care about it, you'll get Tri Dao.

Btw there's another way to get a Tri Dao now and it is thru the latest Wu chao event (basically he sparred with you and if you manage to hold him he will went serious with you and if you decide to continue spar him you will be enlightened and got Tri Dao as well)
