I guess God Nicky thinks it adds tension to the scene, and he'd be right if it only happened once or twice, but it happens about once or twice per update—at this point, it's just predictable and boring. It’s like in those isekai anime, where they think the protagonist has to shock everyone with a phenomenal feat two or three times per episode—it’s cool once or twice, but if it happens all the time, it’s just annoying.

I think it's just outright ridiculous atp, not even annoying.

It would be annoying if Wu Heir just praised them upon meeting or whatever, but most of the time its like the narration itself will start masturbating the characters. Like Wu Heir canonically has the reaction of start jizzing uncontrollably everytime someone slightly strong appears

I can think of a few ways to write the threat of a strong technique or someone being strong af without demeaning the MC. No need to invoke primal fear or danger at every instance. Save it for the senior cultivators who are actually stronger than MC. Use IE flareups, Qi expenditures, give a inner monologue of how MC needs to take it seriously or they will die, that the technique or the opponent remind MC of a time they almost lost or lost.

probs that or anything youve done that opposes what yang bohai says,i dont think i've played that route recently(probs 6-10 months now) but if you kill mo long,i think that should be a guaranteed no asura transformation and anything that means you cant extract the asura from mo long

If you kill Mo Long you can get the transformation from the Demon Queen

I did both and still missed the Yang Bohai event. I did the stairs and everything. The only thing I could think of was the makeover at the beauty parlor but that still doesnt make sense to me.
