tbf both xiwen and long chen are bums that current wu heir can one shot. Xiwen said he was surprised Ruo could a stage above her own since she was already LH in base which we saw in jing arena fight. It only give a +1 boost.

To be fair it was Ruo with the Draconic Transformation & Artefacts.
Also base MH Ruo is LH level at that point by Xiwen own words, such as Wu Heir and LDQ(I'll glaze in every opportunity
) so it's more nuanced and depends of the stage, as a transformation bonus for a EH is definitely more impactful than to a PH. Well, given transformed Ruo was being decimated by four PHs while even old lore Wu Heir was keeping up with two at once.
No need to mention that current lore Wu Heir can effortlessly take three, so doesn't seem one of Niki's lie at all.
I honestly can't remember when Ruo was beaten by 4 PHs. Was it stated in the first stage of the tournament by those purity squad/Ruo's POV?

The mission where she takes you to take down a bunch of rogues. You get your asses kicked royally by the shadow guy and his cronies.
Since all PH's were LB buffed, it might not exactly be fair to say that though.
Meridians, as IE is a taint. Be obtaining it through her mantra(Stealing from someone else) or being under LB's wing.
In any case I'd like to see her having BP as one of her gimmicks though, as it is the very point of her Heavenly Physique and Inheritance to increase her own BP by absorbing from others.
But in the end I think the highest chance for us to see LDQ again is through her being under LB's wing as Second indeed.
I really hope they don't make her another LB disciple and just expand her gimmick by having her steal her own dantian/meridians...

BP basically translate to physical & comprehensive potential in PoMA's world(Essay on Affinity and Talent. — Library), also boost the power of the MA arts, although is a secondary effect, as it is, literally, divine blood, and don't interfere with cultivation at all since LB didn't remove He Gang's(91% by the way, quite impressive).

We probably have some kind of 100% Super Divine grade True Essense Bloodline because our body is made up of divine essense blood.
Exactly, for us TW said it'd be a taint. We don't have the answer for why, I think at least.
But, if I had to bet I'd say that the BP present in PoMA's MAs is actually a diluted/inferior version of Divine blood only, that would interfere with the physique TW granted us originated, directly, by his own Blood's Essence.
