Who wins between Current Wu Heir and Current Yang Gan?
My heart want to say Wu Heir, but knowing that base Yang Gan can outstrength Full-Asura Wu Heir isn't the most optimistic reminder...1000026954.jpg
Let's see, assuming Wu Heir narratively has roughly ~90 stats at that point, then Full Asura boost and Body Dao powering it, wouldn't find absurd if Yang Gan has a Void-Grade I-star body(120+ stats).

Is it no longer possible to tough out Mei poison or do I just need stats beyond early houtian? (nvm I forgot you just need regen to get the stat check)

Tri Dao and Realm Annihilating First for the win (Devil is excluded in this matchup since he mogs everyone). We know wu heir wins high diff against base yang gan without spells with tri dao though I don't what spells yang gan has access to so there is a chance we just lose that fight .

If we take current end of prem demo wu heir, he has a Prismatic-Grade I-Star Body (150 Strength and 150 Speed) or something very close to it at a highball considering the 150 Strength and Speed check against Chao. A more realistic estimate would be stats close to 110 for Wu heir considering there are 116 stat checks in the 3v3. So I think,

Yang Gan vs Wu Heir (At the canon point this happens): Extreme Diff, Could go either way but slightly favouring YG

Yang Gan vs Wu Heir (Realistic Estimate): Wu Heir High Diff

Yang Gan vs Wu Heir (highest estimate of Wu heir's strength): Wu Heir Mid Diff

I'm still not sure about taking Wu heir's stats to be equal to the highest narrative checks possible. Because, for example, to even reach the 100+ check against twins, you need to actively not be able to defeat them. Or hell, you can use boosts in that whole fight anyway. Then you have the Wu Chao event with the 150 check that lets you basically do 1 damage to the guy and now everyone's saying Wu heir is narratively at 150.

Speaking of narrative, I think it's fair to say Wu heir is meant to be weaker than Yang Gan at the point they fight, given how much we're intimidated by the guy at his base.

I don't know how Long Chen was supposedly the strongest houtian alive when this dude was in the samw sect as him though. Little chen gets dogwalked doesn't he?

Long Chen feels so long ago lol. I remember when people hated him, man the good ol days. It was so simple. Being hated because he had OP regeneration, and saved us.

I hate him because his dumbass caused me to lose and not get any rewards from clearing the zone. If you placed the last qi stone in your butthole at least tell us before we have a fight to the death smh.

Like, if he ended up dying at any point during or after the battle, EVERYONE IS STUCK FOREVER!

Fair enough. One Thing we can both agree on though is Long Chen gets his assh*le ripped open and washed by both wu heir and yang gan. Like how bro? This guy couldn't handle a weak peak Houtian and two middle houtians while we can battle 5 peak houtians with perfect teamwork with artefacts and skill designed specifically to counter us at the same time. We can also battle 3 top 10 peak houtians in addition to a wisp and Ruo and wash all of them to the point of humiliation. Yang Gan can genuinely put belt to a*s on the publically recognized top 2 of houtians (Tang Ruo and Tang Bo). How is bumass fraudass Short Cuck supposed to even come close to rivalling us? That girl that Yang Gan erased from reality by punching her into blood mist was probably stronger than LC. You just know we absolutely wash EX LC.

Long Chen hate has not gone anywhere bro, It's just that LC got sent to irrelevant dimension along with tigress. I hate him because I am just a hater and also because how dare he wear our face, the Goat's face, and then get probably rinsed in the imperial army frontlines.

I completely forgot about his request to kill the Jing guy btw. I wonder when we'll get around to doing that.

LC was nerfed in that fight because he was stuck in that pseudo-xiantian state if i'm not wrong and his mind could not handle it.

Reactions: God
He was only having difficulty using Xiantian powers like aura and flight

God forbid he doesn't fight us with a realm difference.
Not really. I remember Xiwen directly telling LC that he was weakened because he couldn't advance to Xiantian, and his mind couldn't handle it, or something along those lines. Unless that was another retcon, LC was definitely nerfed.

Then it was a retcon because he honestly didn't said that before
Perhaps you misremember or originally misinterpreted the scene?

Long Chen initially tries to bullsh*t you into not fighting him by showing he's capable of flight. Then claims that although he can't advance to Xiantian properly here, he can use their abilities.

Xiwen calls his bluff and says it must take a great toll on him to use Xiantian stuff as a houtian, which turns out to be correct as Long Chen stops flying when called out.

I'm honestly surprised he was trying so hard to bargain, if he was so desperate for the group to give up he should've just said he hid the last qi stone and killed the guardian.

Hmm, I don't remember that part. The dialogue I remember includes part of what you're saying, but it was that his mind couldn't handle his condition, and also the fact that he had been fighting nonstop since he had already defeated everyone else. We were basically the last group he hadn't beaten yet.

It's been years since I read that dialogue, and when I replay the game, I usually skip all of that, so it's possible they changed something when they revised TW's dialogue as well.

Since I first played this game it's been the same.
"Wait. Imperial brat, is that you? Hahaha, what a secret you've been hiding, you bastard. If I hadn't advanced, you may have actually killed me!\" ",""
,"\"Advanced?\" Xiwen asks, calm on the surface, but you see the shock reflected in his eyes."
"Long Chen nods, grins, and, without using any skills or treasures, steps on empty air. "
"\"This Zone is strange. I've reached Xiantian, but, for some reason, I can't breakthrough in this place.\" he says, as he hovers above everyone else
"I haven't experienced the Second Rebirth yet, but my aura is complete. And the powers that come with this realm, I can use them too.\"
"\"Are you trying to intimidate us, Brother Chen?\" Xiwen questions "Although I've never heard of someone having a complete aura before they advance, I'd wager you can't use it much, can you? Aura taxes the mind greatly, and with a houtian brain, you'll collapse sooner or later.\"
"\"Tsk.\" Long Chen clicks his tongue and, as if to prove Xiwen's words, descends back to the ground
"Why must we waste time fighting each other? The outcome is already set in stone.\"
"\"The fact that someone as proud and quick-tempered as you attempts to negotiate for peace tells me all I need to know.
